One of the woman in the fabric room don't have the interest or patience to help you unless you are a seamstress! I didn't appreciate the attitude or unprofessional service I experienced there today.The experienced lady wasvery nice but the other girl was very unpleasant to deal with.

Not family friendly. I brought my toddler into the store to pick up some fabric. I put her in an empty shopping cart (child seat part, that had a photo of how to properly accommodate a child). I was told I couldn't use the cart because they needed it for inventory. I promised I'd be quick and noted the multiple empty carts also available. Another staff member told me I wasn't allowed to use the cart because they didn't have insurance. The staff member offered to follow me to carry the bolts of fabric I needed. Neither of the carts changed position or were used in any way in our time in store. I noted that this was not helpful, that it's difficult to wrangle a toddler in a store and that's why parents use the child seat in carts and was essentially ignored. A very frustrating experience.

I had exceptional customer service today. I am relatively new to quilting and I called the store and spoke to Danielle and explained to her that I wanted to make a lap quilt with Toronto Maple Leafs material that I had previously purchased. She gave me advise and suggestions for colours for my borders binding and backing . She will have it all ready for curbside pickup for me today .During this COVID pandemic it was such a pleasant experience.Thank you Danielle..

I LOVE the selection of fabrics, notions, and yarns they have available. Service is good, however my cashier didn't ask me if I wanted a bag or offer a bag for the large quantity of items I purchased. She seemed a bit rude.

This is the only place I shop for my fabric.Their fabrics are high quality with reasonable pricing.Everyone on Staff are top notch and on their game to help you with anything. You’re treated like family.Now that’s a place that deserves my business!

Great place for fabric. Helpful staff. Reasonable price compared to others. It does feel like it's bursting at the seams a little and is a little run down. And hard to find, as it's at the back of a garage building. But once you figure that out, you're fine.

Loved the wonderful selection of fabrics they have! They also have a nice selection of sewing supplies and some crafting supplies.

I often wonder who owns this Fabricville as they are completely out of touch with their customers' reviews. Owners take a look at the staff - most are extremely rude. Bossy, snappy and arrogant are just some of the nicer qualities. You must have a policy of hiring the most unhappiest people in the city.They have been like this for decades!!! If the staff wasn't enough to deal with, you now have a new policy on fabric cuts. We were told yesterday that minimum cuts are now 1/3 meters. You can no longer buy 1/4 meter cuts. Seriously, what on earth is this all about??????

Love that store. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
