I was very pleased with the service and help I received.The staff at the front desk was most welcoming and friendly.Gloria, my physiotherapist, was very good. She is very knowledgeableand listened carefully to my concerns.

Great staff! Unfortunately not very progressive. Never recommended any exercises to do at home. Never did any form of exercises while at the clinic. Never had any discussions as to why I wasn’t functioning well. Fortunately today I went to a new physiotherapist that was amazing, she took time to explain so many things to me, exercises for knee, hip, and back functions.Pt health only takes people’s money or bills your insurance without any results!

Following an injury, my insurer directed me to seek treatment so on March 30th I attempted to book a massage at this facility. The receptionist, Hannah, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She failed to provide any assistance and was clearly inconvenienced by my call. As a potential customer, I had to ask more questions than I should of had to but she wasn’t being forthcoming with any information - I started off by saying I was a new patient so you think she would have mentioned basic procedures (like come into the office a few mins before to fill forms out OR that they would email me forms, whether the office still following any specific covid protocols, etc) she asked me nothing about why I was calling or my injury. Literally nothing except when I wanted to come in and for how long. Once my appt was confirmed I could hear her laughing as we hung up.I ended up calling another clinic in the area and it was day and night. The receptionist was so welcoming and helpful, provided everything I needed to know about what to expect during my first visit, what to wear, how to send them my insurance and medical info prior to my appt.I ended up calling Whitby Physio back to cancel the appt I had just made and was laughed at, again, by Hannah. But this time not while she was hanging up, while she still had me on the phone. I don’t get what’s so funny; My injury? That I’m a new client seeking medical treatment? That I’m trying to give her employer new business? I’m still so confused by it.

I have been using Whitby Physiotherapy & Wellness services for more than two years. I have had physiotherapy, massage therapy and chiropractic therapy. My experience with every staff member has been excellent: they are friendly, they listen to you and they tailor the therapy to your individual needs. I also like the clinic setup in an old house. It is less intimidating. I highly recommend them.

The quality of care at this location has provided me with the best results I have ever achieved compared to physio at hospitals and other clinics. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

This place is fabulous, I see Lindsey for massages and she very good , I go out of there less stress on my body! Been to other places but she’s the best massage therapist I’ve had! Even the girl on the front desk very organized and has my paperwork done so I can just leave after my massage!Thank you Marlena Nicholls

Everyone here is amazing. Helpful and conscientious of your needs. Every time we're there they have a solution to whatever ails us and if they can't help they do not hesitate to advise you on where to go to get the help you need. Don't stay in pain! Go see the amazing staff today!

I love that they offer so many types of services here! The physio therapist Rob is a miracle worker! He really helped me after my car accident! I also love that it is all direct billing! I have recommended this place to several family members!

As a patient under Dr. James Campbell's care, I can say with great confidence that the clinic is very efficient and welcoming. When I went for my first appointment everyone in the workplace was calm and polite. Whenever I go to the clinic I feel very relaxed, you're treated very well.
