excellent company my greatest Experience.

I'm Jose Borda, I have been working in Logic Air for almost 4 years, i ‘m Colombian and my experience working in Logic Air has been wonderful, the directives of Logic Air have always been ready to help me, because it is not easy to start a new life far away from your country of origin, because of the language, the customs. I have 20 years of experience in aviation and in this company, I have lived unforgettable things, along with the travel work team, most of the time in charge of Juan Carlos, another Colombian and an impeccable professional where we have traveled around the world doing different jobs and where welfare and teamwork have prevailed.

I worked at Logic Air for approximately 7 weaks it was a really bad experience due to te bad management and coworkers harrassment on the job place ; they all pick on evryone to get to the ones on topStarting from the son of the owner Victor Cabral and Jhoanna the Director .The company used immigrants on a lok work permit so they dont have a choice to work on a different company.That is the reason they harassed and abuse employees on a daily bases making a very toxic and extresfull environment .Employees are scare to be dismissed becsuse of the imigracion situation.On my case I got hire as a contractor because I have 33 years experience as avionics and to believe that 7 weaks afther the proyect manager David Carrol to make an excused to dismiss becsuse somebody made coments that i did not know how to use a diagram to be able to work on a aircarft .I do not recomend to work for this company
