We are so happy with our new patio cover. Bill at Tropicana was excellent to deal with. Very patient as well. I kept having to delay the installation due to unforeseen repairs that needed to be done to the deck and then waiting for new vinyl to be installed. Plus I first gave Bill the wrong dimensions. But he was a trooper. He made adjustments to his schedule and to the materials to accommodate us in a very timely manner. The crew was excellent in getting the cover installed. Very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Tropicana to anyone looking to improve their outdoor patio living space.

We recently expanded our deck and decided that a roof would be a perfect way to protect us from the elements, year round. Bill, the owner and his installation crew were friendly, prompt and reasonably priced. The finished product is high quality and not noisy in the rain. Highly recommended!!

Tropicana completed installation of our 50 ft x 10 ft patio cover on August 11, 2021. The company did exactly what was promised and answered all our questions before we even got to ask them.The installers were fast, efficient, hard working crew who did nothing short of professional work. Outstanding job! The patio cover looks elegant and keeps the house much cooler than the 20 ft awning we had previously installed. I highly recommend this company.

Tropicana added a screened room for us outside the kitchen area. Now we can sit to rest, eat and visit with family and friends without the bugs that usually arrive with outdoor activities. Very good job, we are sure to have hours of enjoyment. The final product we received was minimally satisfactory. The initial install and subsequent do over" was much less than satisfactory. After the work was done
