We just purchased our 1st home with Jayson. I can’t say enough to explain how happy we are with our experience. Our move was unexpected so we were limited on time. As much as he reassured us he could make it happen we weren’t sure it would, but it did. Jayson was available whenever we called or text no matter what time it was or day of the week. Any questions he didn’t have the answers to he did whatever he needed to get it. He listened to what we wanted, in detail & we found our forever home

I had an incredible experience working with the team. In the midst of such an intense housing market, Jayson and Noah offered me such strong guidance and support throughout the process. It was clear they wanted me to find the right home, and I never felt pressured to look at or make offers on houses that I wasn’t completely excited about. They also knew my concerns and priorities in a house, and would walk me through those on each house I saw. During a time when houses were receiving so many offers, Jayson advised me on how to set my offer apart. During the closing process, Jayson answered all my questions and followed up ongoing with everyone involved to ensure there would be no issue to closing on time. He and his teammate Hunter even came to haul away some items left behind in the garage after I had closed. I truly could not have asked for better realtors throughout this process, and felt they were just as excited as I was when I finally found my home. I can’t recommend them highly enough - if you’re buying or selling a home, you should absolutely work with this team.

First time buying can be scary for anyone, but the right realtor can make help make it easy, as Jayson Parker did for me, as being a first time buyer i told Jayson what i was looking for he definitely went above and beyond and made me feel very at ease, working with Jayson was a pleasure and breeze. We started down the path of listing with The Heritage Team after our efforts to sell our parent's home ourselves drew little interest.With guidance from the Team, we cleaned up the house and removed wallpaper and the furnishings that rendered the house a relic from the '80's.With the new paint, carpet and staging, the house looked amazing! We went into open house weekend with many interested buyers, and sold the home for more than 10% over our asking price in under two weeks. This more that covered the commission.We went from skeptics to believers. The Heritage Team is knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The Team consistently helped move things along, which is helpful given that we as the owners live almost 400 miles away. They brought our parent's home to SOLD a little more than 4 weeks after listing it. Thank you!

I would recommend this Realty Company to everyone. The realtor I worked was named Hunter. Unfortunately the sale of our property wasn't a smooth one. We sold the house but a month into it we found it they wanted a larger deposit so it fell through. The 2nd buyer ended up having a problem with the Bank because they wanted a special endorsement on the Association policy which they didn't have and they wanted another $11,000 down from the buyer which she didn't have so that one fell through. She went to another Bank and finally everything went through. Hunter was there every step of the way and was always on top of everything. I couldn't of asked for a better realtor to work with. He offered to help with every problem along the way and he even helped moving some boxes for us. We also had some issues with the buyer with all her request and he stepped in to deal with it all. Our problems didn't end there the movers were a no show of course. I contacted Hunter and right away he was off trying to find some of his friends to help out. We ended up having some local movers put things in storage. Hunter showed up at the house to make sure the move was happening and we didn't have any more problems. Every time I had to contact him which was quite often he always picked up the phone and immediately helped with the problem. It was always Hunter to the rescue. You couldn't asked for a better Realty Company and agent to work with. If you really want #1 service from a Realty Company and a realtor this is the one. If you want a Realtor that really cares, helps out with things and is on top of everything ask for Hunter. You won' t be disappointed. Like I said Hunter to the rescue. Thanks for everything Hunter.

Just sold my house with Jayson Parker and can’t thank him enough for the amazing job he did. He was on top of everything and called me to provide updates and how things were progressing. This guy knows how to communicate with his clients Everything was speedy and professional on his end. He made sure to answer all my questions and concerns. He really knows the area well.
