Lady that answers the phones is BEYOND RUDE. I've never heard such terrible attitude from someone working customer service. I called a few days ago to get a quote and thought to myself maybe she's just having a bad day". Called again today and got the same rude attitude. Never actually got a quote. I won't be calling again"
