Amazing customer service at the Pharmacy. I'm from out of town and forgot my medication. 10 minutes before closing, the pharmacist and tech reached out to my home Pharmacy and got me situated with an emergency supply. Thanks again!

Really long wait times when I call the pharmacy-I’ve waited nearly an hour on the phone just to ask for a refill.Also have had to wait upwards of an hour to pick up a script.I just honestly think they are understaffed and need more people working there-esp the pharmacy department.

Absolutely disgusted with the owner of the Grand Ave store, also with the Manager (Jason). They treat their staff like garbage and don't care for their customers, just the money. They recently trespassed someone that I hold dearly to my heart for no good reason. She was an employee there for almost 17 years and this is how they treat her after she resigns peacefully from her position.

Walking into the Grand Ave Shoppers gives you a feeling of a joyless, toxic environment. There is no longer the warm welcome from the long-time employee in cosmetics. I have been a regular of this store for several years now and everytime I go in I seem to see fewer and fewer familiar faces. And the ones I do see no longer seem happy. This big change in atmosphere and morale came around a year ago.I have also noticed no part-time or student cashier's only the supervisors or managers on cash. Similar observations have been made across all three Shoppers in Chatham, with the introduction of the same owner.

I would rather go without my medication then get it filled here. Ever since I switched here it's an issue EVERY single time. I'm going back to my old pharmacy immediately, and it's 1 hour away. The drive is worth avoiding Shoppers Pharmacy.

The storefront is fine and most staff are friendly and helpful. I do not however like the pharmacy. I was a client of theirs for 26 or 27 years and after they switched to one pharmacist in particular I wasn't treated properly anymore. After awhile she wouldn't follow my doctors orders and refused to give me my medication when I was early. Doing so caused me to have serious withdrawal symptoms and I suffered for 4 days. She didn't care. I cried in front of the entire team and no empathy was shown towards my situation. Once they have an opinion about you then that's that. I have now switched pharmacies to a more caring team who help me when I struggle and I've been doing so much better with my medication. It's like night and day. The pharmacist at Shopper's didn't even want to help or suggest ideas on how to get my medication use under control. Very apathetic and cold. She also lied to the owner of the the franchise. She sat me down in the room knowing I didn't know my rights and made me agree to something that would screw me over. She also recommended some medication to get me off the medicine I'm on now saying that it would still help my pain, but I would be able to get off my other medicine. Lies. I looked up what she recommended and all this medication does would slowly help me off the medication I'm on now, but i would still have to deal with my pain. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy. I'm hoping to switch my parents soon as well. If you're looking for a great pharmacy and team please go to Chatham Family Pharmacy. They are absolutely amazing and care about each client they have. They'll bend over backwards for you.

These are thieves in broad daylight!How do one have 2 pen drives from same shoppers that have never been used after taking passports on 2 different occasions... only to state that you have to purchase another pen drive for a new passport, absurd!

Shoppers pharmacy on Grand Ave is terrible. I have had an issue with filling my scripts every visit. Today I dropped off a script at 10:30am, told it would be ready in 40 minutes. Arrived back at 12:20 to be told they did not have it in stock and we’re getting it from another Shoppers in town. Why was I not called and told this to save a trip. I asked to have it delivered to my house then instead of running out again. At 3pm I phoned grand ave for a time when the driver leaves for deliveries, she informed that my script had not been filled yet from the other shoppers and when it was ready it would be delivered by 8pm. What the heck? Oh but wait there’s more. I asked grand shoppers if I could just go pick it up myself at the other location. She said sure, IF they have it filled and IF it’s not already with the delivery person. AND that I had to call the other shoppers to tell them to call the Grand shoppers to release my script to them. Again….WHAT THE HECK! Which upon speaking to the other shoppers they assured my that is NOT the way it works. Grand should have called the other shoppers on my behalf. Customer service is totally out the door at the Grand location. Pharmacy area is a bunch of rude people that hate their jobs.

Could not get to post or pick up my parcel in the post office inside the Shoppers because the employee who had the key did not come on time?What a waste of time, very frustrating ,why does only 1 employee get the key? It's ridiculous

Pharmacy is unbelievably unprofessional and rude. Pharmacist spoke very rudely to me on the phone, then claimed I was rude to him. What happened to the customer is always right? Canada sure has changed and it's sad.
