I had an awesome experience having ear wax removal. Reception was so nice and removal was so great. I'm legally blind and this was my first time ever having to deal with this ear wax issue. I almost cried. Thank you everyone. My one issue was it was very expensive. $80 for one ear and I'm on disability so that was the painful part.

Amazing. I went to Emergency, waited hours to be told my ear drum was impacted with ear wax and to put oil in it until it loosens. Not. So much pain. Called Quinte Hearing and they had me in asap! 10 min. Done. Great service. Worth every penny I spent!!!

Super service.Dr is very polite, thorough and helpful.Have been to this place twice now. This time, I went in for ear wax removal and a hearing test and I found them to be excellent again.The ear wax removal is painless and quick, only takes a minute or 2. You instantly hear better or at least more clearly, I certainly did. The hearing test is also very thorough, good explanation to me at each stage by the doctor.Would recommend this place to anyone.

Not very professional. I booked online and received confirmation email for the appointment. I show up on the day of the appointment and they tell me I don't have an appointment and they cannot see me. They cancelled it because they didn't have spot available, but failed to notify me. I will be getting my hearing aid from somewhere else.

Absolutely one of the best health care experiences I've ever had. Right from walking in the door I knew I was in the right place. At both locations the staff are friendly and very helpful and when I showed up on the wrong day Jessie was very compassionate about setting up another appointment for me . Not only is Maxine thorough in her examination but she also provides the most comprehensive explanations in a way that makes sense to the patient and helps the patient make informed decisions. Quinte is lucky to have gained the availability of her expertise and professional services in this region!

Parking lot is small. Staff are wonderful, and care is excellent.

Dr Hanna should hire his own receptionist instead of sharing one but since he works at your business. And probably brings business to your hearing centre it makes you look bad .

Waited for more than half hours before seeing Dr. Hanna and within 10 minutes it is over. Half that 10 minutes, he was checking his phone and busy replying messages. Left room with his phone on hand and came back without a sorry. Hum, a doctor?! On the other side, the audiologist is nice and professional.

I have had my hearing aids from Quinte Hearing Centre for almost 1 year, I can't begin to tell you what the difference it has made in my life, it has enhanced my quality of life tremendously, it is one of the best investments I have ever made in my life. From the first time I stepped into the clinic, Dan took care of the testing and diagnosis of my hearing loss, advised and educated me what to order, then fitted, demonstrated and has been followed up the fine tuning for the past year. He is very attentive, friendly , professional and very easy to communicate. I have Unitron hearing aids, it's very small(no one ever noticed me wearing them), fits comfortably and works seamlessly and instantly from the first minute I had them. I am so happy for the decision and so grateful for the service and would recommend the clinic to anyone without hesitation.
