They were professionable and went beyond in offering suggestions on keeping the dryer duct clear in the future. They were quick to ask me to call if I noted any problems that weren’t solved. I also appreciated the length of time between my call and the appointment!

Excellent company! We needed our ducts cleaned in anticipation of some HVAC maintenance coming up, and Jean was a pleasure on the phone. She made setting up our appointment a breeze. Our techs, Keali'i and Phillip, were punctual, friendly and did a great job. They were even accomodating with the noise level to avoid stressing out our senior dog. The job was faster than we expected and really just couldn't have been easier. We will definitely come back for future needs!

I had my ducts and dryer vent cleaned this week by Clean-A-Duct. Scheduling was easy and the staff were extremely friendly/professional. Tim came out and did a fantastic job. He alerted me of an issues I was having with my dryer vent and really went above and beyond to help solve the problem. I was lucky to have someone so thorough and knowledgeable sent my way. I was not here for the actual work, but the report I got was; they were efficient, respectable, personable, and explained what they were doing. They did not disturbed or disrupt anyone working from home, and was overall really affordable. Just under $400, for a house.For a random company found on the internet, for routine duct vent maintenance. It was a simple easy experience, we're very happy, and will definitely use them again. Also, Bonnie was delightful on the phone.

Clean-A-Duct provided professional dryer vent cleaning for the entire 30+ feet. This company was easy to work with scheduling; the service person was prompt and courteous. They did a great job of explaining what work was going to be performed and the estimated amount of time it would take. The service person also willingly provided information on the services being performed. I will use this company again in the future and would recommend their service.

Company is great! Gene was wonderful to talk to and order the appointment. She even called back when the appointment was completed to see how it went. The tech was professional, nice and knowledgeable. We were informed of our ducts condition, how to check if it gets clogged and a recommendation of when to schedule the next cleaning. The job was done in a nice timely manner.

They did great work on the ducts and drier. Only negative was regarding a disagreement about price. I was quoted over the phone $229 for my size house but when they were done the price was $449. They didn’t send a confirmation of the quote so I have no evidence of the quote. I may have misunderstood… but it’s a lot to be off by. So just verify what the price of service is before they do work.

I set up an appointment and several days before the scheduled time, Boni called to let me know that we needed to reschedule because her lead technician hurt his back. I was able to get an appointment 2-days later. Two technicians arrived on time. One of them was wearing a back brace. They were friendly and seemed to be enthused about the job. They were in and out within a few hours. They made a good effort at locating all vent openings and it turned out that our loft only had 4, which made it easier and kept costs down. Now, the air seems different in the unit, cleaner. They mentioned we had lots of dust lying in the duct work. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future.
