Not only were all the staff involved professional and competent, they were also compassionate and understanding in a very stressful situation. On side Restoration was awesome when we had our flood. Came within an hour & cleaned everything up & out within about 6 hours. Can to check the fans after a couple of days. Was very professional & would used them again.

I was blown away that a restoration company could be this good. Every aspect of how they do business was excellent - communication, customer service, speed of completion and the end product (for me repair to water damage in the basement). We had a sleeping baby and the cleaners offered to come back later that day to not disturb her. Thank you to Paul the project manager, the office staff, and those who did the work.If you have an insurance claim and the insurer assigns another restoration company, keep in mind that you can request that another company do the work.

On Side Restoration completed some restoration work in our kitchen, basement and flooring. We were delighted with every aspect of the work that they completed - setup, construction, schedule, quality of work, cleanup, communication. Our home looks so beautiful and the workmanship was uniformly superb. The house is close to 20 years old and honestly now looks and feels brand new. As my neighbour said to me “transformed, modern and yet warm and comfortable.”I had high expectations and you guys exceeded them all. You guys ROCK!!!

Great staff - I've had the pleasure of going through flood/fire damages to different property I've owned over the past 7 years and I've dealt with Nevel and crew everytime. I'm obviously being ultra sarcastic about the flood/fire comment, but not about the On Side crew. Top notch service.
