Kelowna Driving Range powered by Toptracer

Went to hit a few balls and inquire about possibly getting a membership at 7:30 pm on a Tuesday. We saw a few golfers hitting as we drove in but as soon as we pulled into the lot, a man who presumably works there yelled “Closed!”, waved us off, and turned his back on us. According to their sign and google profile, they don’t close until 8 pm. Anyways, we jumped back in the car and went down to the Golf Centre range on Benvoulin (who also close at 8 pm) and we were welcomed with open arms! We know which range we’re going to next time.Edit (as a response to the owner):After reading through the replies from the owner to other negative reviews, this is exactly the type of dismissive, disrespectful response I expected to receive instead of any acknowledgement of shortcoming on the part of the establishment. As I mentioned above, I was coming to inquire about membership as well but I was turned away before I could even get a single word out. The experience just left a bad taste in my mouth and I felt compelled to share. One thing I’d suggest is to change the hours to better reflect the times when the typical customer can come in and hit a bucket of balls. If you don’t want anyone coming in after 7:15, maybe don’t say you’re open until 8. To quote the owners response to me: “very simple, very obvious”. Best of luck in the future.

Beware - ball tickets are only good for the day they are purchased. I have never seen this before and it was a nasty surprise when i went back the next day and found out my ticket, i purchased the previous day, for a bucket of balls was now void. I tried asking for some sort of compromise, as a bucket of 68balls is $15, but the staff was dismissive and said there was nothing he could do. Its like buying a gift card that expires the same day, left a sour taste for sure. The facility itself is nice, but i cannot agree with the business practice of having ball tickets expire the same day and having zero compromise for anyone that might have missed the small print.

My friends and I are new golfers who are trying quite hard to get better at it. We have been to all the spots in town, but only recently discovered Kelowna Driving Range. Within a week, all of us have bought a membership here. The location is way more convenient than it seemed on the map. The facility itself is miles above any others outside of a golf course. The staff has been friendly, helpful, and fun. TWICE I forgot to pick up the tee after, like a moron, and they kept it for me the very next day both times. Even the regulars would give us a polite nod or wave. I also appreciate how quickly they deal with the occassional rowdy idiots. If you observe manner and respect others, you will have a great time here.

Toptracer is the best thing to happen since the 460cc driver. All the tools you need to get better at the game and or have tons of fun with friends. The mini golf is also a great time with friends and family. Perfect for the new golfer, advancer golfer and family. Can't recommend this place enough.

Read the review posted by Danny and I must say I 100% disagree with his take on the mini golf course. It's an outside mini golf course and for its age and the elements it goes through its in great shape we. Currently they are repairing the 18th hole, but we were made aware of this ahead of time. Totally unfair review from the previous customer . You get two rounds of golf, and a complimentary collector ball, what more can you ask for? I also see a review from a Matt which I believe is not very fair. The range is in great shape, and the mini golf also. Currently they are working to repair the 18th hole, but otherwise it is a fun time for all ages and a very fair price as they allow you to play twice. The thing to remember it is an outside course open to the elements and wind and trees and seeds so the review from Matt was not fair. The staff are great and the improvements made over the last couple years make this a prime facility. I strongly suggest checking it out and deciding for yourself.

The top tracer is incredible. Best range and mats to hit off of in Kelowna. Staff are super friendly. Love that the upgrades and parking lot have been done, looks amazing. Balls could be culled to remove the dead ones would be my suggestion. Personally, definitely don’t like how they’ve cut costs and do not provide tees. Some of the mats you can put your own tees in but then they fly out onto the grass every shot. Cheap move in my opinion that you can buy the rubber tees—but then if you forget them, they walk out..claim them and then resell them to you.

Best driving range in town. Helpful and friendly staff. Will went above and beyond to help me fix my swing and I wasn't the only one he was talking to all the customers trying to help in any way he could first class customer service. That's why I will be a returning customer for many years to come.

Not worth anyone’s time. Overpriced, expected to by your own tees and yet they still don’t have any tees to sell. Wasn’t even able to use my driver. Do not recommend!

Great place to go unwind, forget about your worries and crank out some golf balls!! (Or practice your putting on the mini golf course!) Staff & Owners are very pleasant and informative. Oh yes, I am also now addicted to driving with top tracer! You can keep track of your driving game and play Pebble Beach!! Awesome add on!! Great place guys!
