The wait staff were great and attentive. The food was a nice treat, as it was our first dine in meal in over 6 months.

Had the standard Boston Pizza experience, which in Thompson, was very welcome. Food is of the same quality as any other BP. Service read friendly and prompt even while very busy. Enjoyed myself and my time there.

Sat at the bar not busy at all. Waited 20 minutes with an empty beer glass and my server never asked at all as she passed by many times.

Four of us go to BP often for supper on Friday or Saturday. Food & Service in lounge is always fast. Entrees are wellprepared. Nicole & Kim are always excellent servers. The ONLY complaint sometimes is that music is too loud early in the evening. One should not have to scream across the table (and spit!) to your friends to be heard. Turn volume up AFTER 9pm when supper crowd is gone.

Was in Thompson for a business trip. Went to Boston Pizza for dinner. Food was good. Ordered the Memphis chicken sandwich. Everything was actually pretty good. No complaints. The bun wasn't dry and the chicken was tender. Fries were also good. Service was also good. My waitress was friendly and quick with my order. I will eat here again next time I'm in town.

Showed up with our 6# dog on day one and we were allowed to use the patio and had a great experience. On day two in Thompson we were turned away with the same 6# dog. Over night the manager decides no dogs are allowed on the patio. However no restrictions on annoying and unhealthy smoking and vaping on the same patio. PLEASE CLEAN IP THE SIG PUTTS ALL OVER THE PATIO.

Decent selection of food, not overwhelming. Order was missing during takeout and that was during their busy hours, had to call the desk and they had it delivered to my location.

The Boston Lasagna is Back!!! Been a decade or more since I've been in a BP so I don't know how long it's been back. I quit going when they cut the lasagna from the menu.
