Great bunch of guys who work their. Ronnie is very helpful. I got both my RO and distilled water. I would definitely recommend them. They even help you put the bottles in your car. Thanks again guys.

Dealing with Water Land has been one of the best customer service experiences I have had in many years. I don’t write many reviews, but the service was so good, I felt that I had to let the world know how good these guys actually are. Ron and Gary know their stuff. Their knowledge on the products they sell was beyond what I would expect, we are talking expert level. I ended up purchasing a very extensive home water system from them and even when it came to the install, you can tell Ron is a customer service focused professional. The install was done in the time he said it would take and everything was installed perfectly and professionally. we are extremely happy with the service and products they helped us choose. Definitely deal with Water Land.

So awesome to get pure alkaline water and Gary Quiggan is awesome and very helpful. The water is health and poured over limestone to get the alkalinity. I didn't know where else to get such water and their customer service is top notch.

I've been coming to Water Land for a few years now and I find they produce the best water I've ever had, and they have a great selection of filtration products, I really enjoy my shower filter. I love that they are always willing to talk, especially about health. They have great practical advice and Gary is especially knowledgeable and entertaining. Ron assisted us with the installation of a full home filtering system that provides water softening, chlorine and chemical removal. The whole process was excellent from the beginning. It was a bit tricky to configure but Ron took the time to come by in order to analyze the space and come up with a plan. The setup is very clean and professional. He communicated every step along the way and didn't try to upsell us. It has been about 2 months and we absolutely love our new water. Clothes and dishes are coming out cleaner, coffee tastes better, our skin doesn't feel as dry/irritated and it's just so nice to crank the tap and fill a glass without dealing with any annoying Brita filters. Thanks again for all your help Ron!

I just purchased Pentair RO System and I'm very happy with the quality of the water. My coffee tastes great. I really appreciate the quick installation. I put the order in on Monday and the system was installed on Tuesday.

Staff is always friend and cheerful. Any questions I have they are able to answer quickly and efficiently. Also they willing to help you bring the water out to your car which is nice when you refill several bottles at a time in the winter.

This is the only store in Mississauga I will go to get my water. Therefore, it's worth the trip to get to Water Land. Gary is very polite and knowledgeable of his product; he is also helpful and compassionate enough to move my water to the car when I wasn't feeling well.
