Took 2.5 years from start to finish but just because the government takes so long to process. They were helpful in completing the process. Got exactly what I wanted. But start early and have lots of time and patience.

definately not a non profit " organaization. i gave a down payment of $250. next day called the commissionaires to get my digital finger prints. they informed me they also do pardons for $305. pardons canada was going to charge me $1200??? so i cancelled with pardons canada and they will not refund my $250?? i spòke with them once on the phone which was suppose to be a free consultation. don't give these clowns any of your hard earned money!"
