Ongles Hi-Tech Nails

I use to come here all the time in my early 20s, they were amazing. Always got mad compliments on my nails.I’ve been here twice now (I’m in my 30s now) in the last couple of months and I’m sad to say that I’m disappointed :( the nail art quality has dipped and for $65+tip, it wasn’t worth it and I won’t be going back anymore. Lines aren’t straight and they’re inconsistent, as you can see from the photo. Nail tech was super nice though, didn’t make my cuticles bleed and burn like the last time (last time was a different nail tech).Vibe is nice and the place is beautiful but knowing how they were back then and seeing what it is now is almost shocking. I miss the feeling of walking out and feeling all primped up and pretty; didn’t get it this time and didn’t get it the last time ☹️Pedis there are amazing - would 100% recommend them there.***Edit. Went back to get it fixed and they charged me. Down to 1 star

Great service & great quality outcome. BeenComing here for awhile now and I haven’t been disappointed yet. I went today though and for a simple design added on each ring finger, I only had 65$ on me and he said that it’s only 3 or more colours, designs and add ons that cost more and that if I wanted 2 it would still be 55$. Jason finished the nails before painting and asked me to pay & he said it was 60$. I paid the 60$ thinking I was going to get at least some gems on one finger. By the time he’s done painting he never gave me the gem but honestly it’s my mistake not mentioning something prior. I usually get the women to do my nails, even asked a lady to make sure I don’t get a guy and I got one. Mia is great on the other hand. Besides that one little mishap it’s amazing, quality is perfect and no mistakes whatsoever.

They always rush and they filed my skin im bleeding from all my nails i had to leave because i didn’t want to be hurt anymore im never coming back

Wouldn’t recommend. Most expensive pedicure I’ve ever gotten and within 24hrs, 2 fell off. Given I live far and was only in LaSalle in between clients I asked if they could give me a partial refund cause clearly it’s going to cost me to get it fixed, their answer was “Sorry we are not perfect” Seriouly? So unprofessional.

Terrible experience! This was my second time going there. I asked for a full set mani pedi, they gave me my pedi and only did a cleanup for my hands. On top of that, while cutting my cuticles, they cut my skin off, ALL OF MY FINGERS WERE BLEEDING NON STOP. Then I told them that I wanted extensions so they made me wait 20-30min before doing my nails again. When they started doing them, they kept on going over my cuts and making them bleed more and I was being told that MY NAILS are causing problems because they kept bleeding!!! Anyways, at the end they charged me 40$ extra for simple lines at the tip of my nails. No discounts, no apologies for the cuts or the mistake for the manicure. Definitely not going back.

I am so beyond happy with these nails. I am visiting from Toronto and coming back again for a pedicure tomorrow. I don't know the gentleman who did my acrylic nails but this was great service and great price. Shaping is on point

I got a foot fungus after visiting that place!The shellac pedicure I had there didn't last for more than a week.

Went to get my nail and feet done a simple design the lady couldn't do.. ask her to do something she comfortable doing she did a heart one of the heart was bigger then the other was so noticeable!! My nails was on even ..will not be going back there ..they changed me 65$ for my foot and 60$ for nail ..

What a terrible experience! On Monday I called and booked an appointment for my boyfriend to have a pedicure for 4PM Saturday. We arrived at 3:59PM. They barely greeted us; I approached the man closest to the entrance advising him of the 4PM appointment. He advised the owner Jason, who didn’t even look our way, yelling what the appt name was… I responded and he didn’t even check, but kept right on working. We stood there awkwardly until 4:15PM; I asked Jason if we indeed did have an appointment, who angrily stated it would be with an employee who was in the midst of a full set. I walked away and we proceeded to wait another 15mins. Now 4:32PM, the employee walked over, and with ZERO apology, tried to rush my boyfriend to a chair. I was so disappointed for his experience & would never recommend this place, based solely on customer service.

They don’t respect the prices they pick and choose who they are giving prices to, for example today I called to find out how much it cost to get my nails removed. The owner. Jason told me $15 and then shayda charge me 35… I’m so not impressed
