Mac-Daddy Guelph

My older Macbook Pro was ridiculously slow and unresponsive. I found Handel and had a totally painless experience having a new solid state hard drive installed! (And all the dog hair cleaned out of it) Handel responded to inquiries so quickly, and was able to accommodate my schedule (I use my computer for work daily). The turn around was so fast, it was VERY affordable, and it's running like a new machine - for barely a fraction of the cost of a new computer.

Called 3 days prior to dropping off my MacBook for a battery replacement. Messaged him day off to confirm, advised he ordered the incorrect battery for my computer and would need to reschedule the following day and never heard back from him. Poor communication and not very reliable.

My MacBook Pro crashed unexpectedly and I brought it into Handel to help. His commitment to troubleshooting the issue until he got to the bottom of it was exceptional! Great service from a friendly local business! Thanks Handel

I'm so happy to have come across MacDaddy. I had called and explained my issue with my Mac and Handel told me to come in at 3pm that same day. He was punctual and so friendly! Not only did he fix my battery issue on the spot, but we were able to do it together!The ability to see his work and attention to detail was something I would have NEVER thought to have expected. STOP!!! ..... You have just found the best Mac computer repair guy in Guelph, no need to keep on looking. Honestly, Handel is awesome, not only does he really know his stuff but he is very reasonably priced and is passionate about teaching you how to fix your computer, to empower you. We met at a coffee shop and he showed me how to take my Mac book apart, clean it and showed me how to change my hard drive, my Mac book now works super fast, very very happy. Will be back if I ever have another issue!!!

Handel was amazing to work with and completely repaired (and cleaned!) my 2012 MacBook Pro back to perfect working order - he went above and beyond! He answered all my tech questions and taught me simple ways to maintain and prolong the life of my computer. Highly recommend his services.

You took my daughters Mac book and ghosted her when she tried to get it back. Even though you said it couldn’t be fixed, it wasn’t yours to keep. You seem to able to fix “a lot” of water damaged ones but not this one….

Handel was super responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. He took excellent care of my work computer and repaired it quickly, even showing me how to do various repair tasks myself for the future. Definitely bring your Mac products to him!

If I could give Handel more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I thought I had water damage to my BRAND NEW Macbook Air so I took it to him and he was able to take it apart and reassure me that nothing was physically wrong with my Mac, it just has a screen glitch that should be covered under warranty. Yay! He answered my messages right away, called me with a quote and took it apart in front of me and explained everything he was doing. And did I mention he's super friendly and personable to boot? I hope I never have reason to take any of my Apple products for repair again, but if I do I will never go anywhere else. Guelph is lucky to have this guy!!
