Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My name is Lisa Clark, and my daughter MAddie and I rented from Wharncliffe road south. They were awesome! Very helpful staff, including Samantha, Kyle and their manager! I would highly recommend!

I have been renting at Enterprise for the last 20 years. I have had nothing but excellent customer service. I had the pleasure of meeting Kyle at Enterprise. Its employees like him that make me want to come back over and over. He was a respectful, polite and honest young man. He was fast and took his job serious. He explained in detail the agreements and made sure I was comfortable leaving with the vehicle provided. I give this young man an outstanding rating and trust that he continues to treat customers like he treated me because this is what makes the world a much easier and better place with employees like Kyle. Keep up the excellent work.

My husband and I have been renting here for the past 20 years. The experience renting with Enterprise is outstanding. I would like to give a review for Corissa and Mary. Both these young ladies had a job to do and they exceeded our expectations. Corissa was fast, honest and respectful throughout our rental period. When it came time to return our rental Mary was fast and dropped us off at home. These 2 employees are the reason I continue to rent from Enterprise. As long as Enterprise has employees like Corissa and Mary that take the job to a higher level and exceed our expectations everyone on the planet will be renting from them. Keep up the excellent work you 2 and keep doing what you do best.

Have been renting with this location since Dec 2022, had a booking issue with the Dundas location. Kyle over at wharncliff upgraded my vehicle and got me on the road for the long weekend last minute. Their was an issue of an over charge on my file, the staff quickly corrected this seeing as it was unfair and upsetting. Besides any minor problems the staff is very nice and Kyle the manager is very professional. Will be coming back.

Such an amazing rental experience (first and best)I booked a reservation for 3 days and when I went to pick the car , I was handed of the key for a brand new car just out of the dealership, it was really unexpected and we were happy to drive a brand new car for 3 days. KYLE was the representative to hand over the keys to me and while we returned SMART was the representative who gave us a hassle-free return experienceOverall extremely satisfied with the vehicle and the service , will definitely go back to them in the future

First off, if I could give 6 stars I would. Long story short; rented a 7 passenger minivan to drive to NYC to pick up friends coming off the cruise. The van broke down and had braking issues with check engine light and I called Enterprise's roadside assitance (I suggest always signing up for it), and they found me a replacement van in NJ and they sent an uber to take me there. I had the original rental agreement in my email but before I left on my trip I took a screen shot of that rental agreement in case I couldn't connect to the internet to access my emails but I could access my photos (good thing I did). They swapped out the van and got us on our way even though it caused major delays picking up my friends etc. Spoke to the manager at Enterprise on 750 Wharncliffe Rd. S. (Carlos Antolinez) and she was amazing!! They apologized for the inconvenience and the subsequent hassles and they charged us $0.00 for the entire rental!!! I have only rented through Enterprise in the past whether a car or a cube van (Bradley store) and that trend will continue. Enterprise and the staff are great at this store and a big kudos to manager Carlos Antolinez and their roadside assistance. Thanks again so much for you help on this!!!

These guys were amazing. Polite and friendly service, the Staff were very helpful and accommodating to our situation. They made sure we had everything we needed, and that we maintained the best rate $. Very highly recommended

Best place to rent a vehicle in the town. Excellent customer service. The whole squad gets a 5 star rating. I lost my car in an accident and have been renting a vehicle from last December till date. No complaints. Assisted by Shiva mostly and he have been a great help to me. Great team. :)
