This is our second waterbed purchased from Paul at GTA furniture central. Both our children have waterbeds as well. Paul provides friendly customer service, and is very passionate and knowledgeable about the products he sells. If you are looking for a waterbed, I would highly recommend giving Paul a call!!! He’s your waterbed guy!!

Not only was the final product of two hand-crafted futons really superb--but the before and after service was outstanding. GTA Furniture Central provides superb customer service! We purchased a futon and cover. Paul was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He promptly responded to our questions and provided extra advice to care for the futon. Delivery was right on time. We highly recommend this business.

This place is the lowest of the low. First they sold a product they claimed was something it wasn't, and then when we caught them and stopped delivery they charged 20% restocking fee for something which wasn't ever delivered. Not only did they try to sell us a kids mattress as an adult mattress but then when they got caught refused to give a full refund. Spread the word because they are scum! They robbed a hard-working woman and her family, including 2 small kids, for 20% simply for catching them trying to rip her off by selling her a kids mattress as an adult. The owner is a moron who talked down to her like she was an idiot and wouldn't even talk to me. I am contacting the BBB to have them investigated because I know this is a regular scam, and will be reporting to every online media site. Anyone who rips off hard working people for money they can afford alot more than their victims should be called out and have their twisted ways reported and lose as much business as possible.

Don't listen to any of the negative reviews they are all fake and written with jealous intentions. The staff here is very friendly and professional and their products are superior to almost any store you visit. Yes you will pay more but their products are built to last with the option to customize to your needs. We were there today to buy new pillows and bought a futon there over a year ago which was a really good experience. First you choose the frame then the mattress then the cover.

I have been on a waterbed since 1983. Used to be a chronic back sufferer. Chiropractor recommended a waterbed. Never looked back since. When I tell my friends they go out and buy one, then tell me, Thanks
