Found this amazing shop in Collingwood when I visited a few weeks back.I’ve had the pleasure of meeting the couple who owns and operates this business. The two were the most friendliest I’ve ever met. My coffee came with the story of the business, the bean and the roast. I was delighted to know that everything was locally and ethically sourced.I’m a fan of Caramel and Matcha, so I tried both their Caramel Macchiato and Matcha Latte. They were both delicious. 100% recommend.AMAZING is an understatement for the Chocolate Chip, Pistachio and Traditional Cannoli.(The Pistachio Cannoli was my absolute favourite and a must try. I might be a little biased on this!) 10/10

Been wanting to try Collingwood Coffee Co. since moving to the area. I was greeted by the nicest man who took the time to talk to me about all the flavours of Cannoli. I got the Lemon, chocolate, chocolate chip and hazelnut and WOW. Each flavour was incredibly well balanced, the filling was smooth and a great consistency. The cannoli shells themselves were light and crispy.I can not wait to return!Collingwood Coffee Co. Keep doing what you’re doing. Thank you!

The coffee was delicious.We learned about the bean, the roast and found out we love something other than dark and bold flavour. What an education. The Pistachio Cannoli is a must try. We will be back..... before closing time. LOL

Seriously some of the best coffee I've had - thoughtfully prepared and just straight up delicious! Convenient drive-through with warm, friendly and attentive service. The legit Cannolis are just cherry on top. Definitely a must-visit for locals and visitors!

I decided to try the Collingwood Coffee Co. today and I'm so happy I did. I tried a mini-Egg Mocha and a plain cannoli. Flavour and taste is excellent. I love that the Collingwood Coffee Co. uses sustainable packaging, makes me want to support this local gem even more.

This little red trailer in the corner of a parking lot on the edge of Collingwood might well be serving up the best coffee in Ontario. It’s certainly on a par with any of the high-priced, top-of-the-ego coffee places you’ll find in Toronto. At the Collingwood Coffee Company, there’s no egos, no pretence. Just fantastic coffee and desserts, warm smiles, and a lovely woman behind the counter who looks like a young Sissy Spacek (sigh.). I'm just visiting town and CCC was recommended to me. It’s well worth the detour to find this place. Google should let their rating system go to eleven, because CCC certainly deserves it! – Richard

Dynamite cannolis (I had pistachio) and superb coffee. It's worth driving a few extra blocks for as it dwarfs anything on the main drag. Super friendly staff. Here's wishing them unlimited success.

We found this amazing coffee roaster on our visit to Collingwood. The staff are amazing, gave us some history of the company as well as how their ingredients are sourced. As we waited for our coffee in the drive thru, the coffee roaster came up and chatted. So great, and friendly. We tried two kinds of cannoli, Chocolate chip and pistachio…. They were both delicious, but it was pistachio for the win. Definitely stop in while you are here. You will NOT be disappointed!
