My employment with a federal agency developed a few challenges as I prepared for retirement and entry into the private sector as a consultant. A daunting task at the best of times; you quickly realize these agencies possess unlimited resources and influence. I became overwhelmed and struggled to make any progress, resulting in legal advice.
