The team at Leroy's helped me out late on a Friday afternoon when I experienced trouble with my vehicle mid-trip. While it wasn't something that could be properly fixed immediately, they determined the issue, deemed it safe for me to continue, and got me back on the road with some emergency supplies so I could finish my trip. I appreciated them taking the time and the friendly service I received.

I throughly enjoyed my experience at Leroy’s. They mistakenly put in the wrong oil in my van. The right grade but I wanted a full synthetic oil. There was no danger to my van but I wanted a better oil. The honestly of the technician who noticed the mistake is truly commendable. I would have never known the difference. I brought the van back and they put the right oil in, no questions asked and at no extra charge.Leroys was highly recommended to me and I will highly recommended them to anyone who wants unsurpassed integrity and professional service.Jake (John)Baleshta

Sunday of a long weekend my car indicated an error message. Monday (when everyone was closed) I filled out an online form at 8:16 am. At 7:30 that evening I was pleasantly stunned ( :-) ) to get a response from the Service Manager telling me I could bring it in today at 7:30 am. The error was regarding the transmission so I was grateful they fit me in, drove me home and picked me up at the end of the day. Al provided wonderful customer service. They even replaced a low battery in my key fob (which still was under the limit for the quote I approved). That showed me that they are thoughtful and this saved me from dealing with it.Thanks for fitting me in on short notice and how you did what you did.

I don't write reviews often...but the customer service at Leroy's deserves praise. I've been a customer for a couple of years now, every visit is exceptional. The professionalism and honesty are so appreciated. They are upfront and don't try to up sell...they'll tell you if a repair can wait. Their extra's are second to none, they'll pick up your vehicle, do the work on a timely basis, clean your vehicle and drop it back off in your driveway. You can even pay online. Doesn't get much better than that!! Thanks Dean!

The company I work for uses Leroy's for all our pick-up truck maintenance, so when I was looking for a new shop to service my car, I thought I'd give Leroy's a try.They sent me an email with everything that they thought needed changing and what didn't. The email was followed by a phone call to discuss what I want done and what I didn't. When I turned down a service, there was no argument, they just said OK and moved onto the next item.The pricing was fair, the work was fast, and done right.When I picked up my car I noticed they had cleaned the interior. To say they cleaned the interior isn't doing them justice, the interior was as clean as the day I bought the car from the dealer, I could see myself in the infotainment screen.Can't recommend Leroy's highly enough.

After today's experience at Leroy's Auto Care, I will be taking my car here exclusively from now on. They have a large, modern facility full of friendly, knowledgeable people. When I got home from dropping my car off, Dean sent me a link to a very detailed inspection report, which included photos, video, and a quote . The repairs to my car were completed quickly and at a reasonable cost. They even did a complimentary exterior wash, floor mats and dash cleaning. Thank you to Dean, Mackenzie, and the entire staff.

I had took my car in for just balancing my winter tires as I had some steering wobble. Leroy's was able to make an appointment and did complete balancing. The wobble persisted. Appreciate Leroy's diligence to take a second look at the wheels. There were no issues found. I could potentially agree with their diagnosis.However when putting the wheel covers back second time, Leroy's has broken the tabs that hold the wheel cover onto the rims. I would give it 5 stars if they owned the responsibility to let me know that the wheel cover tabs were broken. This is not professional behavior of a shop. I discovered it after driving some time and after seeing one section of wheel cover popping out.Update as of April 26, 2023: I sent the pictures to Leroy's. Leroy's did put in the effort to resolve this for me. Appreciate the time and effort of Ken, Service Manager, to keep up with the conversations.
