Lol weird teller wouldn't let me exchange 20 dollars American told me to go to cash money cause guess they more real them. Told the clown to deposit when she came back asked for a withdrawal train your bank tellers better worse one I'ver been to

Dedicated to Pawan Rosodi:-The satisfaction of her service has coerced me to write a few words about her and I could not prevent myself from writing.As per my state of mind the most relevant profession is of a human being who significantly contributes towards the society that I have seen in Pawan Rosodi. service being provided related to her profession such as warm welcome, hospitality and her ebullience to excel with an exceptional capability of finesse of perfection & pragmatically inculcating about the deal is highly regarded and deserve encomium.Loyalty and honesty is permeated in each hair of her body whereby she is striving to carve a niche for every customer thereby creating a bridge between Bank and Customer to save their budget as well as enjoy the service being provided by Coast Capital bank . My words have fallen short to describe her generosity in words. As per my point of view , she is quintessential in respect of human being. I personally pray for your well being and constant prosperity.

Debit card declined but payment processed. When complained they never tried to solve. Thinking of changing my banking institution. Thanks

I came into the branch today to ask if I could be credited back for a late charge which in all honesty was my fault. Without argument they credited me back. I felt this deserved 5 stars ❤️

I have dealt with Coast Capital for a long, long time (Richmond Savings) and recently I met with REIL AWAYAN and was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. A good bank with great employees.

This branch is just terrible in customer service. Most of the tellers there are inexperienced and quite often waste customers’ time. The branch manager does not care about customers at all. She made promises to customers but never keeps her words. I will certainly avoid this branch as much as I can!

Overall ok, but has privacy issues, some financial planners access bank account information without consent. When I complained, they tried to pass it off as part of their service. It's not ok to look at my day to day transactions simply to push to take a line of credit or sign me up for a credit card. I moved my accounts to another bank.

Having membership 15 years never ever offer me any products even I have countinue banking with this branch. But cloverdale branch I have very good experience even that's not my home branch.

This is the worst branch ever. One of the security guy have no humanity. I was standing inside because of heavy snow and cold outside. But he asked me to get out if I don’t have any work related to bank. I told him I am just gonna wait for another 5 minutes as my Uber will be here. But he was so rude and asked me to leave. These people should understand other people situations and have some humanity.
