It is certainly a great privilege to have such a wonderful physician as her - a physician who is both highly competent and compassionate.

trying many times to call for Dr. S Kwan for many days :( only answering machine ; however answering machine said to take messages but there is no way to leave a message. Just wonder if the business is even assist !! There is no receptionist to take any call at all. I know they are closed on Wednesday. I am very disappointed. Hope she is not the only doctor. Thank you.

Dr. Kwan was incredibly helpful. After decades of confusing messages about the problems with my breathing and coughing, she clearly described the problem and provided help. Appreciated her bedside manner too.

She seems like a very pleasant lady, and never felt rushed during the appointment.

r.Susan Kwan is the best doctor I have met. She is very knowledgeable and caring and very efficient. Her receptionist is very nice lady always explain things clearly, never rush and always answer the phone. My dad had bloody brown mucus in the morning for 3 years and have been checked by other doctor could not find out the problem. Dr. Susan did checked on him and found something abnormal tissue in his back nose and immediately did Biopsy on him and the same day arranged an ontolarylogist next day to examine my dad. She is very responsible and trying her best to get my dad to earn time for treatment. Fortunately, it turned out nothing too serious so prescribed medicine for my dad and now it’s been a week that he don’t have any bloody mucus anymore. We are so glad to be her patient and under her care. She is the best doctor that you can trust. My father is so lucky to be referred to her. We appreciate all her hard work and help.
