Terrible to deal with. Waiting more than a month for something that should only take days. When calling to inquire, I am told lies, with no concrete answers or solutions. Will never do business with this group again, and encourage any that reads this review to stay away.

I can’t possibly imagine how this company could do any worse or be any worse to deal with. I’m not sure if it was the 15 day late delivery after my “guaranteed” delivery date or the three times I was told that a manager from Regina would call me back and didn’t, or the repeated “your package will be delivered tomorrow” for a solid seven days straight only for nothing to arrive or the fact that I MADE SURE to repeatedly ask that my package delivered to my back alley only for my package to be left on the sidewalk in front of my house (no door knock or doorbell rung). Unfortunately for Walmart, I will never order from them online again due to the terrible experience I had with their shipper of choice. I genuinely feel sorry for anyone that is stuck using this shipper, and based on the other reviews; I'm not alone.

Relatively quick for delivery, unfortunately they gave no notice and left a 210lb 52 tool chest sitting in my front walk for the day. A little notice and I could have been home for the delivery but hey common sense isn't their thing."

It's been two weeks for a shipment from Regina to Saskatoon, only 250 Km away. Paid everything off right after they asked. Have been calling them every day and was told tomorrow, tomorrow, and then this afternoon, but still have yet to receive anything. So made the last call this morning was told that they got on a wrong truck, and then hung out the phone while I was still speaking. Never come back, and do NOT recommend this company at all.

Minus stars should be available for this company. Contacted me about delivery and agreed delivery would be Thursday as I was not home until then. Dropped 2000 lbs of flooring off on my driveway on Tuesday while no one was home, or going to be home until Thursday. Call to complain and give them a chance to rectify their mistake said I would get a call from a manager that same day....10 days later still waiting on that call. Also advised Costco to cut ties with this awful company.

My second experience with Day & Ross over the last 4 weeks and the same both times, slow delivery (sitting in their warehouse for the last four business days & told it would arrive 24hrs ago, nothing) and poor communication... I would give them a 1 star but the lady whom I spoke with at customer service tried her best to get this out in a timely manner and was very professional, even calling the local distribution center to ensure the notes she had were accurate. The good news, there are a lot of other shipping companies and I will be requesting Vitran next time (I meant too for this shipment but didn't, my mistake as the same thing happened...!). They didn't seem too concerned to lose out on a customer who does bi-weekly shipments to and from Alberta.

Driving home from the lake yesterday going east on highway 11. See two cars passing me on the left and on the shoulder there was a semi with break lights on. He cuts me off I slam on my breaks and move into the other lane. As I pull up beside the Day&Ross truck the driver has his hand out the window. I thought he was appoligizing for cutting me off. Nope hand straight out giving me the finger. Not only do you not get your shipment on time apparently but the drivers are in safe. If I wasn't paying attention we would have had a 3 car pile up. Not happy. Hope Management will deal with this driver.We don't need more crashes involving semi's in Saskatchewan

I am not sure how a freight company can lose a 600lb pallet, but they did. No guidance on next steps from the company, and had to reach out to the vendor to initiate a claim on the lost freight. Save your money and choose another carrier.
