The place is amazing and the products they sell are very beautiful.But the Asian male worker(maybe owner) there was racist and rude towards my family. He said things like Asians always want new products did you learn that from Chinese people" and "Asians always can't decide and take long time".Overall would recommend the place to shop

Putti stands out as a local store with exceptional and unique gifts and decorative items. Although this has clearly been a challenging time for the store, I would like to thank Linda for her assistance in dealing with the supply chain issues connected to my order. She worked diligently to sort out the problems and personally made sure that my package was delivered promptly - even in the Christmas rush, I received it within three days. I greatly appreciated Linda’s pleasant, helpful manner and the time she spent with me on the phone to ensure I had my special touches for Christmas.

Wonderful store! I am thrilled with the items I bought, all hinting at Spring and warmer days. I love the style of the Italian sweaters and their gorgeous colours. And the soft cotton sleepwear is beautiful.Highly recommend the website - so many treasures to peruse. Very helpful shopping assistants in the store. So pleased Putti offering curb side pick-up.

Had been looking for a specific gift for a friend, this is the only store in Canada that offered all colours. Pre-ordered my item on Wednesday and was told it would ship as soon as they got stock- it had been less than a week and my package has arrived!I was concerned about the condition it would be when it arrived (since it is very fragile), however it was packed extremely well! No room for the item to shift within the boxes.Recommend 100%!!!

I ordered ornaments and Christmas decor online from Putti and received great customer service when I called in regarding my order. The shop owner was very knowledged on their product and helped me pick out ornaments when a couple were sold out. Everything was wrapped so well not a single glass ornament was broken in the shipping process. I was also sent gorgeous gift wrapping for my gifts. A beautiful shop to order from, will certainly be ordering again in the future.

An incredibly interesting shop that is absolutely packed with a beautifully curated collection of home decor, amazing fragrances, and countless other things that you'll have to resist purchasing. The owner and staff are also absolutely friendly and kind, especially after having to deal with a particularly rude customer and despite an ongoing internet outage mid holiday season.I couldn't recommend this shop enough, especially as a stop for your holiday shopping!

Unfortunately I received very poor communication and poor customer service with this company. I placed an order for a gift that was delayed over 7 weeks and received no communication about the delay. Upon reaching out I was told there had been a supplier delay and was assured the gift would be sent out via expedited mail that day. A week and a half later the gift has not been sent and did not ship out as promised. I would not recommend online purchasing with this company,

Putti is a beautiful and exquisite store in Toronto. It’s owner and exceptional staff are kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Especially outstanding is Vi Le who greets you with his fine demeanour and makes you feel incredibly welcome. The merchandise is chosen with care, and for its uniqueness so that customers who purchase them can enjoy lifelong. They are beautiful, timeless heirlooms to give as gifts, and the items are never repeated elsewhere in the city, which makes this store beyond special for all celebrations, occasions, and seasons!

Terrible customer service. I placed an online order on Nov 22 and still have not received the order, nor notice of when it might arrive. I called Putti twice, no one returned the call. I emailed three times, no one responded. Now I wait for a refund for Christmas decorations my tree does not have.
