Only real tech store the region and the prices reflect it. Things are expensive but if you need tech items this is your best bet.If you get a quote for any computer work make sure you get it in writing. They have a habit of changing prices on you.

Went to Staples with the intention to buy a Mac, was approached by Robert and feel this man should be cloned and available to teach how customer service really works! 100% satisfied with his knowledge and complete one on one attention. He made sure I completely understood what I was buying and why, at no point did i feel he was being pushy with sales tactics. Thanks for helping me make my sons Christmas wish come true

Service was fine when I was choosing and purchasing my laptop (Tuesday, July 20). They had to keep it overnight to set it up and I picked it up the following day. I drive home (350 km away) and check the flyer on Thursday, only to find out it is there for $100 off. The flyer started on the day I picked it up. No one mentioned it, and the only way to get the discount is to bring it back to the store - that's all well and fine for the people living in town ... Not so much for the many customers who are not. I am not happy! Actually rotted!

They had what I was looking for (Universal Laptop power adapter) and even had options. This was great news after having been to 2 other IT stores with no luck. I have to give The Source" koudos. They didn't have the product but they recommended going to Stsples. The Stapels staff member that helped me find the product and explained the options was very knowledgeable and helpfull."

There is not a lot of stock because of Covid-19. But its still a great store with a large amount of products. The employees seem always really enthusiastic and friendly, they try to always be there to help. Im not a fan of the “bring this card to an employee to get your item” system, but that’s fine.

I was here a couple months back. They had an employee who was knowingly covid positive working. She was less than 6 feet away from me and others. When i raised concerns the manager was angry with me? She was the one allowing someone to work while positive with covid
