We were thrilled with Kids and Co when they first opened and our first son attended. We were one of the first families to register. We recommended them to multiple families. Once the centre was at capacity the care went from what I would have rated as a 10 to barely a 1. There are some really great staff that go above and beyond for the kids but the treatment from head office is very different.The issues we experienced and heard from other families was a lack of support from head office with not enough staff, resources, and support for the centre. We want other parents to avoid the pain we had in our last year there and going into COVID.

My daughter recently moved up from the Infant room to the Toddler room and I have nothing but the absolute best things to say about the teachers in the Infant room. As she is my first child, putting her into daycare was a scary thought and transition for us as I returned to work. The teachers and all of the staff at Kids & Co. Milton made this transition as seamless and worry-free as possible and for that I am so grateful. My daughter had a wonderful experience in the Infant room and I give full credit to the teachers for taking such great care of her and giving me full peace of mind. I look forward to continuing to watch her grow as she moves up through the different classrooms and owe a huge thank you to all of the teachers and staff.

Amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing our son get excited about going to daycare here. Ms. Sukh, Ms Jaslenn, and Ms Fahamida really make an effort to engage the kids and my son, and develop them in a very individualised way. My experience with Kids & Co has been fantastic! Having my first child attend daycare was a big adjustment for not only my daughter (but for me too!) and the people at Kids & Co made every step along the way as seamless as possible. The food they serve is nutritious and the activities are educational and fun.

I have been taking my son here since he was 10 months old. The staff here are incredible and it is very obvious they thoroughly enjoy what they do. The building is secure and clean. The menu is very diverse and easily accommodates any dietary requirements. They are equipped with cameras where you can sign in and check up on your little one whenever you want to. The curriculum set up for the kids is great. They have so many different outlets to play, and be creative and grow. Highly recommend this daycare!

My daughter has been going here for about 2 months now. The level of care and attention she gets from the staff is unbelievable and I couldn't praise them enough. The room is always clean, the food they serve looks delicious and is so nutritious. They are so accommodating; with nap schedules, helping us find a routine that helped our daughter sleep better at night, applying prescription creams when needed. Daily updates and webcam is a bonus. I always get replies to my emails within a few hours. The office communicates to the teachers on my behalf promptly and the teachers communicate to each other effectively. They all truly love what they do and have a genuine care for these children. My daughter goes to them every morning with out-stretched arms and a huge smile on her face. Warms my heart. Would highly recommend this daycare.

Our sons home away from home :) - Kids & Co. Milton is a loving, clean and caring environment. From day 1 I've felt safe and comforted leaving my son in their care. The staff love the kids as their own and they are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your kiddo is happy.

Kids&Co Milton Location is the best daycare we’ve ever had, both of my daughters went there, staff there are really professional and friendly. Nice and tidy environment all the time. Highly recommended!

I recently went back to work and was worried about my baby's transition and separation. The level of care and attention the staff gives is amazing. They always address my concerns and answer any questions i have. The ability to check in on the baby through the camera has also made this transition a success. I highly recommend it for new parents that are getting back to the workforce.

We can’t say enough great things about the Kids & Company in Milton! We enrolled our son at Kids & Company in the Infant Room when he was just shy of 12 months old last summer, and we’re really happy with our decision. We have noticed tremendous growth in our son’s overall development since he started at Kids & Co - especially in his language skills! He recently moved up to the Toddler Room in early spring and he has also adjusted well to his new classroom and his new teachers.My husband and I have noticed how much he enjoys coming to Kids & Co and how much care and attention he receives from his educators! They are all so sweet and wonderful. He used to cry at morning drop-off when he first started and his lovely educators were always there to comfort him, but now he smiles and points to his classroom as soon as we arrive at his school :) We love the daily updates that we immediately receive through the KinderTales app or through email about what nutritious (and delicious) food our son ate, updates on when he was last changed, on when he went down for a nap, and the My Day notifications about the hands-on activities he engaged with that day along with a photo of him or two. Being able to check in on him through the web camera, is also a nice added touch that Kids & Co offers which I love!Additionally, we are impressed with the ongoing communication from the centre director Melissa and with the weekly parent newsletters. Their transparency is always appreciated, and as an anxious new mom who was nervous about sending her baby to child care after mat leave, the staff at Kids & Co Milton have made the adjustment and transition for both myself and my son a smooth one. We are incredibly thankful for all their hard work and for their level of care and commitment in nurturing and caring for my son each day!
