Quite an extensive range of toys considering the size of the store. Not the world's most hospitable gentleman behind the counter, but meh..

Great toy selection, very friendly and accommodating staff, and they very conveniently wrap any purchase.

BAD ATTITUDEWe love this toy store and bought a lot stuff for our and friends’ kids over past years. For this Christmas, we bought some gifts, then, found out they had promotions on those toys two days later. We brought the unopened toys back. The store has no price adjustment policy. So, they needed to return the items, then we bought them again. The store manager/supervisor showed us ATTITUDE. I don’t understand why!!!As a community store, there is no price adjustment policy which is ridiculous. In addition, the stuffs show attitude to customers for providing the customers services, which is their job description!!!Really disappointed!!!

5 star for the staff. Keep up the good work!

The staff was incredibly rude especially the cashier named Sandy. I asked her for help earlier and she ignored me. When I went to check out she rudely questioned me if I had cut the line, even the lady behind me had to defend me.

Good place for toys. Had to get a toy for a baby and just ran in here quick, they had a good selection and even did gift wrapping free of charge. Lots of parking available since it's In a plaza.

The stone's layout had changed since I last was in. Lots of beautiful items, very tidy. Seems to be well organized. I love that there are a lot of educational, imaginative toys available. I don't have little kids anymore so I only shop for gifts on occasion. I was a bit surprised by some of the prices (but I have been lately at the grocery store too.) I was also struck by how kids toys are still so gendered - pink boxes full of dolls in a different section for instance. I think that's the industry but it would be nice to see toys grouped more by age group or type rather than gender in 2022.I was the only one in the store midday and I had to get the cashier's attention as the manager / owners were discussing sales numbers in what looked like a staff meeting behind the counter. Not the cashier's fault. Managers should have immediately allowed her to deal with me then returned to convo. A customer should never feel like they are interrupting employees in order to get service and cash out.

Generally a great experience at this location. Helps me find what I need for my grandkids. My only qualm is the website and instore stock not always accurate.

Our friends purchased a Pokémon Trainers tool kit from mastermind at 1011 upper middle Rd E oakville and gave it a present to my son with the return/ gift receipt. And my son already have the same toy so next day itself we went to return it.We were told that Pokémon trading cards are not returnable and we told them it’s not trading card, it’s the trainers tool kit and your store gave us the return/gift receipt. We asked if it’s not returnable then why the return/gift receipt was issued. To that store manager replied it’s an error so we asked that if it’s error from your side then why should we be penalised for that. Then she said it’s just piece of paper. So we asked her to give this in writing. To that she said NO and asked us to leave the store.Very bad customer service and very aggressive behaviour of store manager when she knew that it was your store’s fault.Tried reaching their customer care however no one is picking the call. Will take this to other social platforms as well and if required will take this to consumer court.It’s not a matter of money, it’s all about customer service and you cannot misbehave with your customer especially when you know it’s your fault. We would not recommend going to this store ever and have already started letting our friends and family know of this. You shall see this posted on social media platforms as well. Super bad behaviour on the part of the store manager, Jackie.
