*edit - after the owners lovely reply, I felt it would be a good idea to add that, no, I didn't ask if he was deaf, I replied to him saying he didn't hear me after we had a full conversation about the price that he heard perfectly fine, a foot away from me, saying well then you must be deaf". MSRP for the liquids I bought ar $30 and $25

Great selection of juice and products. Their prices are a but high compare to downtown Toronto stores. I wish the customer service was a bit more refined, instead of just handing the tester mod to customer and staying behind the counter to be on their phones, maybe the staff can come out from the behind and recommend/explain the different juice profile they have instead of just having the customer tester out flavors blindly.

I used to drive from North York cause I loved their “after 6 purchases you get one free” cards; well i go to the store today with my “free” turn on my card and the gentleman tells me they don’t do it anymore and it’s just 50% off. I don’t understand why he couldn’t just give me the vape and tell me that after this card is done it would only be the 50% off…

heard about this place for years, finally got to see the shop.very clean, very helpful staff who are great at multitasking.the selection of flavors was respectable. the hardware seemed a bit top shelf quality, as you would expect from a place this nice. but I have no use for dotmod attys.if you like banana try Eleanor it's delicious.

Great shop, awesome and super kind staff. A new staff member made a mistake with her recommendation to me (totally my fault for not doing my own research prior to showing up), went in the next day and explained the problem and the staff swapped my opened, used product for a new one free of charge. Would definitely recommend!
