Not sure why they said they had a hard time finding my SIM card that was ready for pick-up. I was just supposed to pick it up and activate it online. The 50 dollar fee was supposed to be waived if I activated it online. Instead they asked me for all my info and said they couldn’t activate it. They called Fido themselves and got it activated. Not sure if they earn commission for activating someone’s SIM card when the person gets charged 50 dollars. I ended up just contacting Fido, telling them the plan I got that should have the activation fee waived. They removed the 50 dollar fee.

If I could give -1 a star I would! Incomplete information being provided at the front desk and the requirements are not clear. I went to buy a phone plan and they gave me incomplete information twice so I had to do a round trip and by the time I came back, they said they needed something else ! Worst!!!

Great customer service. Came here to get set up woth my new phone and the staff were very nice and the manager helped me get my data moved over even though my old phone was being a pain. I Definitely recommend this store!

I loved it when Karen was the manager then but the new one(presumably a guy?)is totally rude and doesn't talk to customers politely. Totally unacceptable that's for sure but I did my part of calling Fido itself & explained my situation with my visit at this location.
