Was being paid less than other guys,brought in after I started and was doing the same job as,them . Took 5 months to get my raise and all I got was 50 cents when I was,promised more when I started . The exhaust system in the plant is horrible and practically useless. Working with bad chemicals . Not enough pay . Too many hrs in a week .

Worst customer service in the world. I have been yelled at by the office manager, ignored by my rep and when I finally sever the contract the guy is two hours late and yelling because the machines aren't disconnected yet (isn't that YOUR job?) So glad to never work with these miscreants ever again! Ridiculous to the last drop.

Alpine consistently amazes us with how quick they are to respond. Like 30 minutes from a phone call to a guy in the building. No long phone discussions, scheduling tomorrow or next week - they send a guy with what we need, or to look at the problem we have, right away. I am writing to warn people that the customer service for this company is extremely unprofessional and incompetent. We have placed several calls for service and chemical refills and have had them lose our information more than once, as well as forget to page the service worker for our area who is available Fridays. Last week we called twice and were assured someone would be by Friday and no one showed up and no one returned our call. Today I spoke with the manager" Leanne
