I cannot say enough good words about ATAC garage door service and my technician, Alex. My garage door spring broke last night, and my phone call was answered right away at 9:30 PM and an appointment was scheduled for this morning. Alex arrived promptly on time. He's very courteous, very knowledgeable, and very polite. The service came with a three-year warranty for a spring and Alex went ahead and lubricated the belt, as well as the springs. Exceptional service at a very economical price. I highly recommend a TAC garage door service to everyone looking to either replace or repair their garage doors.

Alex was courteous, prompt and efficient. He stopped by the same day and resolved our issue very quickly. He took the time to explain all the details and charged a very reasonable price for an urgent service on a holiday weekend. He even insisted on gifting us a universal remote that was needed for a quick resolution. Will definitely keep his name in the garage for future issues!
