I have been getting my dogs haircut here for a few years now but lately they have been very rude with myself and my mother, for example my mom was a few minutes like five minutes and they already booked someone else in and told her if she wanted to make another appointment it have to be a month later and an extra ten dollars... Um why do I have to pay an extra ten dollars for. This has not been the first time they have been rude

Stood at the counter for close to 5 minutes while presumably a manager was on the phone discussing schedules.Completely ignored me, I had to wait until another employee came to the desk.

I LOVE this store!!! We got a new puppy recently, Ashlie and her awesome staff have been with us every step of the way. Finding food and snacks he will eat (super picky eater), toys and everything! Whenever I bring him in they are so welcoming and always stop and chat. Great location! Great selection of products! Super friendly staff who go above and beyond ❤️

Great pet store. I had an issue with my dog and his food he was on. The staff helped me get him on a better food and now his coat is back to being shiny again. Staff are very friendly when I go back in to get more supplies.

We purchased both our bird (Floyd) and our bunny (Charlie) from the Great people at Pet Smart last year! They were knowledgeable, kind and caring and gave us everything we needed to start our new adventures with them. Now they just live their best life and it truly is because the staff made it possible!

One star because I can't go any lower. I have had dogs my entire life and have never had such a poor grooming experience. She did not follow instructions, left irregular shave marks, missed areas, and the Groomer" was incredibly rude. I wouldn't step foot in this store ever again."

My family and I love this store! The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and kind. They remember you and your pets. My daughters ask to go here everyday! They have a wide variety of products and if they don't have exactly what you are looking for they will do their best to find it for you. The staff honestly treat you like family. Such a wonderful place, I honestly can't say enough good things about them. We would never shop anywhere else for our (currently) 10 guinea pigs and kitten.
