Doghaven

We love Dog Haven! Friendly staff, our two pups are always excited to go and are very well taken care of.

They were able to accommodate us at the last minute with boarding, which was very much helpful and appreciated. Our dog came home very happy and smelling like he even had a bath. Thank you Doghaven!!

I have a strong but sensitive bully breed and the girls at Doghaven have been nothing but wonderful and patient with him! The knowledge and experience they have is so comforting and my boy is always excersized and happy coming home.

We have a 'high energy' hunting-breed dog and have been bringing him to Doghaven for over 2 years (at time of writing). He runs to the door with tail wagging when he arrives, and when we pick him up he is often tired, and always happy.We try to bring him once a week so he can spend time with his friends (the staff and the other dogs). We have also left him there when we have travelled abroad and we feel he is treated like family by the staff. At least once Doghaven have taken him in a pinch when our alternate care plans have fallen through.We trust Michelle and the Doghaven team implicitly and give them our highest recommendation.

I highly recommend never taking any of your dogs to this place. After the first day I was pretty happy with my dog being there, but by the third trip something just seemed off about him. He is a very energetic friendly dog, and he always seemed a little bit off whenever we picked him up. The owner mentioned that some dog owners give there dogs cannabis oil to calm them down, and looking back on the experience and the way my dog behaved after being picked up from there I am concerned that she was giving my dog this in an effort to curb some of his energy. I will never recommend this place for any dog owners. Avoid if you truly care about your beloved pet.

I could not say enough about how much we are thankful that we have chosen to send our little fur baby regularly to Dog Haven. We moved to Squamish just over a year ago and our very energetic pup has been a regular at Dog Haven since he was about 9 months old. The team at Dog Haven has truly become like family to us- each pack leader's passion for animals is evident and their upbeat personalities always provide a genuine interaction wirh clients and the furbabies they care for. I genuinely feel this adds to the experience of the dogs and also provides comfort to the furparents who bring them there, which I believe is true testament to the culture of their company and it's animal-centric values. We absolutely love the community that Dog Haven has created through their facebook posts and updates which gives myself and my partner piece of mind and a window into the day to day adventures and fun that our pup experiences when he's with the Dog Haven crew. Our little Aussie has improved tenfold in his training through the interactions with other dogs he receives and it's always pretty cool to see how excited he gets when we tell him he's going to daycare". For anyone questioning the overall positivity of this place and how they lead with kindness I totally recommending you popping in for a visit or following along on their four-legged adventures posted on facebook - the energy is undeniable as is the class A care these dogs are receiving. My dogs have lived going to Dog Haven. Not only do they get a great play, they learn both great socialization and leash skills. Lots of free play and walks. Best of both worlds!

Michelle and her team at DogHaven are beyond amazing. They have been nothing but kind, compassionate and accommodating. They went above and beyond for my pup and I. The team is knowledgeable and experienced and I never once worried about the well-being of my pooch. We will forever be grateful for our second family at DogHaven.

Amazing business! They truly love their dog guests. The place was clean and the perfect place to leave my dog for the weekend on my way to Whistler. Highly recommend!
