Rated on two visits set one week apart. Had first ultrasound with Kristie, went well although I did get in pretty late and the x-ray machine was out of order. Second visit was with Misty on ultrasound and Maryam on X-ray, which was now up and running. All technicians were friendly, gentle and professional, so I was quite satisfied with the service. The staff up front were also very nice.

I had an appointment this morning for an MRI. Being in a wheelchair presents its problems when having to transfer to the MRI bed. With the assistance of Jaz and the other technician the transferring went off without a problem. I really appreciate having staff that seem to know I might have difficulties and make sure that my stay there is a nice one.Thanks

Had a very easy check in. Waited just 5 minutes and they took me in for my ultrasound. The technician was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The other staff are really friendly as well.

I had an appointment for an ultrasound on Feb 1, 2023 at the Chinook location. The service was great accept for the sonographer. They seemed very disinterested in my concern of lumps in my neck which had appeared in June 2022 and felt as though they were increasing in size.My doctor ordered two scans, one being a routine neck and the other involving me pointing out the areas I could feel the lumps. I fear the sonographer was in a rush it did not feel as though they were in the correct area I had pointed to them. After the exam I asked if they saw anything and they gave the standard answer I’ll have to follow up with my doctor.I’ll update this post next week after I have spoken to my doctor, but I have a feeling I’ll have to repeat the exam.**Update** I spoke with my family doctor today, Feb 7, 2023, and the radiologist report indicated no abnormalities. My first ultrasound in October 2022 indicated two swollen lymph nodes of 1.2cm at that time and as previously stated not only can I still feel them, they feel as they’ve grown. As I feared the sonographer likely did not go over the areas of concern I indicated to them. My doctor has recommended I repeat the ultrasound in 1 months time. I will be using Pureform Radiology for my next visit.

I accompanied my husband for UGI and Ultrasound last Thursday, everything went well and smoothly. I threw the used bag into the laundry box without check, then left. NEXT DAY, found the wallet was lost, called the CDC, talked with the manager she said that will check with clean company. MONDAY , the wallet was found and picked it back. Thanks for their high efficiency and organizational management. this is a reliable team.

I had booked an appointment for a Ultrasound and an X-Ray on October 28.My appointment was for November 16. On Saturday November 13 I received a phone call to confirm my appointments, which I confirmed. Monday November 15 I received a text to confirm my appointment, which again, I confirmed. I arrived for my appointment on November 16 to be told that my X-Rays would not be done as the machine was broken. When I inquired as to how long the machine was down, I was told a month.So this machine was down at the time I booked my appointment and no one had the courtesy to call me and let me know my appointment had been cancelled due due a broken down machine. Very unprofessional on the part of Canada Diagnostic Centres

I've had 3 appointments at this location. The technicians and nurses have all been so friendly. For 2 out of the 3 appointments, I've had to wait for the doctor to do an injection for an unreasonable amount of time. The technicians attempt to track him down, but he appears to go MIA. The technicians are super apologetic, and they feel awkward because they dont know where he is. He doesn't apologize for the wait. The technicians introduce him to me and vice versa. I think that's weird that he doesn't say hi, I'm Dr..... how are you? He has absolutely no bedside manners, and he's not gentle with injections. I would not return to this location.

Had my appointment canceled 30 minutes before the appointment because the lab tech called in sick. Got booked for 8 days later.Edit 23/4/24: Today my Ultrasound appointment got cancelled again 30 minutes before the appointment as the technician called in sick! Had UGI done smoothly and staff were nice. Looking at the other comments also, it appears that ultrasound tech in this location is not reliable. Do not recommend ultrasound but other services were great.

On Time very cordial, laid back and professional. Great experience with front desk staff and the tech.

Went in for an upper GI study. Every staff member I encountered was courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you for getting me in so quickly for my test (within 2 days of my referral) and for getting me in and out of the clinic within an hour.
