We needed engraving done with very little notice. They went out of their way to give us exactly what we needed and it was completed quickly! Fantastic service and you have to stop into the shop to see some of the amazing gift ideas. I will definitely continue to shop there. Unique gifts for that special someone!!

Steve is one of the most amazing people you'll ever meet. You can tell how passionate he is about his work by the energy he exudes, and the care he puts into his craftsmanship. He went above and beyond my expectations--he took my ideas and made them better.I deeply appreciate the commitment he puts into every detail of his work, and he does all this work from a genuine spirit of compassion and kindness. After speaking with him at length, I've come to highly regard and admire Steve, not just as a craftsman, but more so as a person. His underlying motive for the beauty of his work is this: to spread joy and kindness. Thank-you, Steve, for the generosity of your spirit.

This business provided the best engraving work I have ever had done! The owner is extremely knowledgeable, and creative in ensuring your have the best outcome on your project! He goes over and above for all his customers and I would recommend him to everyone. He worked on short notice to accommodate my needs and was wonderful to work with. He even carry’s YETI products in store if you need a last minute gift! I would give more stars if I could!

Highly recommend! I popped in to see what the store was after grabbing lunch at the bakery and was thankful I did because he had what I was looking for! Steve was super friendly and helpful. He showed me a bunch of the designs that he had done previously and made the ordering process quick and easy! I stopped in on a Thursday and my order (2 Yeti cups and a shirt) were ready for pick up one week later. The quality was amazing and you can tell he loves what he does! I will definitely be shopping here again and already have a few ideas for gifts for other people. Thanks Steve!!

This place was absolutely awesome. They did a fantastic job with the cup I ordered. Would recommend them 100%, they are very costumer oriented and want to make sure that your order is exactly how you want it to look and will stop at nothing to make sure you are happy. Had a logo lasercut for a guitar amp I was refinishing. Turned out great and quick turn around. Answered all the questions I had about the process/requirements and friendly as well!

Extremely unprofessional, swearing, arguing fighting. Seems it’s out of characteristic though based on the other reviews. May have just been a bad moment for Steve.*** responding to the businesses reply ***I can assure you it is no accusation I could go into all the details but felt based on your solid reviews it wasn’t warranted as it seemed very out of character. Defending and denying on the public review seems odd in itself as I’m just stating what my poor experience was and also explaining it may have been a bad moment. We’re only human mistakes happen you obviously are doing a great job this was just my extremely poor experience. Yes this was a few years ago as well just to clarify. I as well wish you all the best.

Steve did an excellent job, you can tell he's really passionate about his business and he strives to make the customer happy. He was able to complete the job within an hour! I was really happy with the product and will def be going back to him with my business. Give him a shout, you will not be disappointed.
