Unfortunate second experience now with this company, both through Best Buy warranty claims. First time it was an intermittent problem and it took like 4 visits for someone to admit that it had a problem. He tells us it could be one of two things replaced - one is cheap and the other is expensive so of course they try fixing the cheap one first and it doesn’t fix it (but again they fight me on it for another month claiming it was fixed) before finally just writing off the tv. In total it took over 2 months and 6 visits and back and forth emails to finally get this replaced. What a waste of my time.Now here with same problem for new tv years later - go through the process and got a guy show up, instantly tell me there’s nothing wrong with the tv and that it just needs to be unplugged for 3 minutes and then restarted….wow, turns out that didn’t fix the problem huh…oh wait, it’s just that it needs a software update….so he sits for 20 mins on my couch while he does thing and I know it won’t work and low and behold it doesn’t. And now suddenly he needs to take the tv to repair….doesn’t have any protective equipment for transporting and expects I have someone to help him carry it apparently and is magically going to fit my 65 inch tv into the back of his sedan with a blanket on it…..oh and despite him now “knowing” what is wrong with the tv he will not deny or confirm if they have the necessary part available and says the tv could be gone “maybe a week or two”…. Absolutely not acceptable service for paying almost $600 for this warranty and it’s a shame Best Buy passes on these repairs to such businesses.Add to the arrogance the fact that they are rude, unprofessional and have poor communication and this is a horrible business. I would give negative stars if possible.

I needed the motherboard replaced on my Sony TV. Parts arrived and installed ahead of schedule. They even returned the TV after hours on a Friday night. Much appreciated and pleased with the service.

If google had option I would give them negative stars.They visited me once from Geek Squad warranty.Worst customer service and worst experience.They blamed my router which is causing issue in my tv. What a joke.I reported another problem almost 3 weeks ago and no one showed up,Upon calling they say call best buy we cant help you

My two year old 65 inch LG TV broke down and needed repairs under warranty. Costco had them as a repair affiliate so I went with them. In the end, the warrantor would not cover the screen replacement so I was eligible to return the tv to Costco. When the shop returned the tv to me, I noticed they had switched my brand new remote to an old, worn out one with faded buttons and a broken click wheel. The technician even passed it off as if it was my remote. I found out after the exchange was done. I do not recommend them for their dishonesty and lack of professionalism. I hope this serves as a warning to potential customers. Avoid them at all costs!!

Very disappointed,If you have purchased a tv form Best Buy and have an issue. Geek squad will send out a technician.They sent a technician that checked the settings were set to the manufacturer settings. That’s all that was done. I have a qled 75” tv with 120fps 240 refresh rate. The tv was amazing until a month ago.The technician was here for less then 5 minutes and all that was done was checkedY tv was set to manufacture settings. The picture was not clear and various inputs produced the same result. The person sent here was definitely not qualified or just didn’t care because he felt it was good enough.He did not address my concerns regarding a blue line in the tv.Don’t waist your time with there technicians

Terrible experience, STAY AWAY. Incompetent and rude unprofessional service. We dropped off our soundbar to get fixed and 6 weeks later they told us it was fixed but the problem is worse than before. Also they said we never gave them the cord which we know we did and they questioned whether we knew how to use the soundbar we had for 3 years.

Very professional, fast service. I had a very good experience. They called me very quickly, the amazing woman I dealt with was very knowledgeable and assessed my problem quickly and accurately and my issue was solved by the next day. I was very impressed. I will definitely use them again.

Bad. Will not. work on equipment if it's older than a few years, claiming they cannot get parts for older equipment. the whole point of a repair shop is to try to revive an item instead of throwing it out. They have to be creative and order parts online if they don't have parts. waste of time.

I really don’t even get how this place is in business. I called and asked if they can have a look at a camcorder that I want recapped (which involves removal of old leaking capacitors, cleaning the boards and installing new capacitors)Rather than them telling me to bring it in they said “If the parts are not available from the manufacturer (Sony) we won’t touch it” I tried explaining to Kodan electronics that Sony never made the capacitors themselves and capacitors were always outsourced on camcorders. They said “yeah go to Sony and laughed then they hung up”Either this place is just deliberately telling people that their stuff isn’t repairable and then reselling it after fixing it or they just don’t want business, either way what the case is this place is far from being a repair place.
