Expensive, ended up getting brand name product 30% cheaper online. Buy 2, get second 50% off is a joke. I would have bought one at 25% off no doubt since all is overpriced.

Fantastic customer service at this location! Amazing staff!! A tad smaller than the east side store but I prefer the customer service at this store. If they happen to not have what i'm looking for i order online and have it usually within a week.

Don't waste your time unless you're a size large or bigger. This store never carries the smaller sizes, everytime I've gone into this store over the last 6 years I haven't been able to find my size. I'm officially giving up! I will never enter that store again.

Received terrible service this evening from the store manager Kathy. Had she been nice I would have been completely fine with the 40$ refund they offered for my $100 boots that had a manufacture defect ( my co-worker also had the same issue with the same pair of boots). I have worked in customer service before and understand there are rules they need to abide by however it was her bad attitude that completely turned me off. One example: I thanked her for her help and she replied with yup" and walked away. She represented your company very poorly. On the other hand
