I bought a car out of town with a broken windshield, the dealership told me they would pay to replace it so I called speedy glass to get a quote. When I asked if it was possible to get the quote on paper or email he said NO very rudely and told me he couldn't risk it getting into the hands of others" and he wasn't going to "chase down a dealership to be paid" he was very unprofessional and down right rude. So I called capital glass and they gave me exactly what I needed without question

I've had a few windshields replaced here on different cars of mine. Once had an issue with a piece of molding broken and when I pointed out there was no issues in getting it fixed and they were super helpful. Well recommended!

Great customer service and live up to the name Speedy! I showed up late to my appointment, and instead of telling me they couldn’t help me, they got all four associates to work on filling separate chips in my windshield. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Not taking my vehicles anywhere else in the Comox Valley for glass needs.
