I'm CEO of Full Turnover Fitness and I use boardgains in my zoom classes. This is a very fun and exciting way to get everyone to workout without it feeling like a workout. I love it, it's easy for everyone

Played this game in the summer at the park and it was so fun ! The best part is that it’s using all of your body weight so no equipment needed . You can take this anywhere and it’s a fun to compete against your friends and get a great workout in the process !

Love this game! My trainer used it in a bootcamp class and it was so much fun! Lots of competition and lots of fun! Can't wait till I bring this game to the cottage!. Also went on a hike and played along the way.

Board Gains is a great full body workout! Great game to get moving with family or friends (or by yourself) where ever you may be! Great for all fitness levels!

I had the opportunity to play Boardgains in many different settings and have seen it evolve to what it is today. Every time I play this game I have had a great workout and challenged myself. It allowed me to not give up because I was always competing with others and wanted to do well. If you need that extra push like I do and need a change in your workout routine this game is perfect for you.

I just want to say as a fitness coach and instructor of over 25 years I have always dreamed of finding ways to engage my participants. Finding a way that makes them focus on the fact they're having fun instead of focussing on the burning pain of the muscles and sweating to try and cool off the rising body temperature during exercise.BoardGains is the perfect creation to accomplish that task. In a game of chance anything can happen making this work out completely random yet completely structured at the same time. Having a wide variety of exercises on the board ensures that the calorie burn will be there to meet the needs of the clients. With a great selection of exercises it also allows you to get a full body workout each time you play including bodyweight strength and cardiovascular training exercises. There are so many different ways to play the game from solo mode to team Battle modes and much more...If you are on the fence about whether or not you should buy this game take it from me you won't be disappointed. My clients have never had so much fun and this has been something that all ages can enjoy and is so portable we can take it to a ball field or bring it to Camp. In fact every Tuesday night we play live as a team on Zoom because of its popularity.The board is extremely durable it comes with all of the pieces that you need in order to play the game including the lucky cards which add another level of fun to the game.
