Kaycan

These past 2 years have been extremely difficult for everyone. Shortage of materials, constant delays and countless price increases have become a new norm. People are tired and angry, however, despite of all this chaos, there is a time when you have to recognize people on the other end of the straw, those who put up with all the nuisance that we as contractors bestow upon them. I must recognize Susan, Krystin, Marisela, Leticia, and Dominic for providing exceptional support, hunting down the materials across various locations and doing everything possible to fulfill our orders respectively. Weston Branch is my favourite location to go to as I always feel welcome and greeted with a smile by the girls in the front and prompt service by the guys at the back. They all make our small business feel like an important one each and every time. The front desk works tirelessly to accommodate our requests and we are grateful for their outstanding work despite the pressure they’ve been under, and for that, we extend our endless gratitude.

Just called simply about requiring a color chart the lady working reception had very poor communication skills for being the first person you talk to upon contacting north York kaycan if I could leave 0 stars that would be a more appealing rating

Display room would have been nice if it was clean(dusty displays chewed up carpet). Placed Order 2 days ahead of pick up, but it wasn't prepared and was shorted on what was picked up. Had to clarify to dock workers what the order was made up of before we left...

Very rude customer service from the ladies at the front. Its the new norm there now. The counter girls act like they own the company or something. Something needs to be done.

Such a bad experience with this company!!! Luckily in didn’t begin cooperate with them. I’m a small business and i called the store located in North York to get some prices of their products before open an account with them! It seem impossible to get prices. I was thinking due the covid it would be a little bit more easy getting prices by phone or email, but...Their explanation is we don give price by phone because we don't know who you are and how much you will spend yearly".I will be very careful to avoid buying your products in the stores that sell Kaycan."
