I was dealing with severe back and hip pain for a couple years and had I went to other physios before coming to Mackie. At this clinic, Tyler has been fantastic in helping me through my journey of recovery as I am closer to my 100% than I have ever been before.

I saw Alex at the evergreen location for physio and my expectations were more than exceeded. Alex is very good at what he does. He always had a smile on his face and a story to tell! All around great experience!

My 10-year-old daughter was having pain in her foot. We made a physio appointment with Tyler Lang, and after three sessions, she was back dancing without complaint. He is very professional and personable. Great with kids!

I hurt my back in early November 2022. I couldn't work, could hardly walk for that matter it was so painful. I tried a few different chiropractors and my family doctor before coming here. I wish I didn't waste my time and money on any place other than here.On my first appointment in December, my therapist, Alex, sat down with a pen and paper and took notes on everything about my condition. Then we tried a few different things to find the cause, and I had a diagnosis and routines and exercises within the hour. Within a month, the pain was gone, and I'm back to work soon.

Best physiotherapist I have ever been to hands down. Tyler Lang is very patient centered, and really took the time to understand what was going on with my body. I appreciated his thorough explanations and excellent bed side manner. Will look forward to going back to him in the future.

Thanh Ha is a very skilled massage therapist. He is knowledgeable and communicates well. I feel 75% better after one treatment of a long standing problem.

I wish I could give Alex and this amazing clinic more than 5 stars. I’ve been seeing Alex to rehab my knee post surgery (partial knee replacement) for 3 months. I was impressed from the minute I hobbled in with a walker 2 weeks after surgery. Alex is friendly, knowledgeable, and really encouraged me through the whole process. I felt like he was one of my biggest cheerleaders. My surgeon is so impressed with my results he asked me who was doing my physio! I think that speaks for itself!The clinic was clean with a great atmosphere. I can’t recommend Alex and Mackie Physiotherapy enough! I’m almost sorry to be discharged!

I started coming here for physio after suffering a broken hand at work. As soon as I stepped in the door to book my appointment I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist that was helpful and answered all of my dumb questions.I received my treatment from Alex and can say that he is the best physio therapist I have ever had. The treatment I received was top-notch and Alex is one of the most friendly and respectful people I've ever met. From just having gone through a great deal of pain, he made my recovery that much easier and better by constantly making sure the treatment was never too painful.I can say that I not only received excellent treatment over the course of a few weeks but also made an excellent friend. I highly recommend anyone who needs physio come to Mackie's.

After a few months of chronic lower back pain I booked an appointment with Alex Jones at Mackie Physiotherapy in Evergreen. I hadn't been to a Physiotherapist before but after months of trying to resolve the issue myself and going to Chiropractic treatments it seemed worthwhile trying.Alex was welcoming, patient and thorough as walked me through diagnosing an issue with a muscle in my back. He showed me pictures and on a model where he thought my injury was. The treatment in the clinic was extremely helpful. He let me know what he was going to do before he did it at every step and made sure that I was ok with the level of treatment before continuing or pushing it into a further stretch.He assigned great stretches and exercises to help me loosen the muscle between treatments that was causing me grief. He demonstrated them and made sure that I had proper form before leaving.The office was clean and the administrative staff friendly and efficient. The online booking was easy and reminded me about the appointment beforehand.I would recommend Alex and Mackie Physiotherapy to anyone who is having physio related issues. I'm extremely satisfied with the treatment I received there and would go back again for further issues.
