Amongst a handful of bodyshops ive had experience dealing with in getting my vehicle repaired, I have to honestly say my best experiences has always been Mainland Automotive Collision.Sam is by far professional, punctual and just an absolute pro at what he does, oh and their receptionist Kimmy is pleasant. Best customer service ever!I highly highly recommend this bodyshop.

I got into an accident and had to get my bumper replaced. Sam was very knowledgeable and experienced in his work and explained thoroughly what needed to be done and the process. Brought the car in the next day and he had it done by the afternoon! Hoping I won’t ever be in the situation to need any more collision work done on my car but if I do, I will definitely come back.

No words can describe what a wonderful job this place did on our vehicle repairs! Sam, the receptionists and the whole team at this location are amazing. Super friendly and if I could give them 6 stars I would. They help in anyway possible. We had no vehicle and they were super busy while parts were on back order, but this place went above and beyond to make sure we had a easy time dealing with ICBC. I would recommend this shop to anyone for any automotive repairs and more! Sam is the man!

EVERYTHING was a BREEZE here - I hope I never have to visit a body shop again due to an accident, but if I do, then I'll be coming here.No-none-sense mechanics that will take care of you and your vehicle. Sincere and friendly service, on-time scheduling, free courtesy car, and gives your car back like new.It was winter when we had our car brought in for repairs. A few days into our courtesy car usage (Corolla with winter tires), they called and offered to swap it out with a brand new 4x4 SUV (Rav4) that they just received.

This has been by far the best automotive repair shop I have ever been to. I was able to get a quote estimate for my car before deciding whether or not I thought that it was worth it to repair my car, and after I got the estimate I was surprised to see how affordable it is compared to going to the actual dealerships who charge an arm and a leg.Sam offers amazing customer service, and was able to get my car fixed within a reasonable time. I had such a great experience. I highly recommend it here.

Excellent customer service and work quality. Brought my car in for a fender replacement, few minutes later I received the price estimates and 50 minutes after I got the fender replaced! Sam jumped in the car real quick, bought the necessary parts from dealership nearby, and drove back to the shop and replaced the fender. Fastest service ever. I strongly recommend this auto body shop. Thank you Sam.

Sam and his team did an exceptional job on fixing my car’s water leakage problem. Sam also took his time to explain every detail done on my car (cleaning, repairing, inspecting) and love his dedication to solving each customer’s needs.His turnout rate was extremely quick as well. I was able to pick up my car the next day!!Extremely grateful of Sam and totally recommend his services!! Will come back next time.

I got my car serviced here after I was rear ended. I was greeted kindly and the staff were very attentive and knowledgeable about the ICBC claims process.
