Called the sales number and found the information needed to make a decision.Helpful staff including a service tech who helped assure me I had the right size unit for my room.Heat pump arrived in a timely manner with no damage from shipping.Good carrier who unloaded the unit where we needed it installed.The price was also an important factor.Free shipping was an added reason to purchase.Unit has been used for a few weeks now (heating only) with no problems.Inside unit is attractive and quiet.Outside unit looks good and is also quiet.The front display on the indoor unit is helpful and very nice.The manual for the unit and the manual for the remote functions are clear and easy to understand.The follow me"feature on the remote is a nice plus.If the unit cools as well as it heats

I bought a 24000btu heat pump from Seville about a year ago and installed myself last summer. Shipping was quick. Unfortunately the install manual that comes with the heat pump is inadequate for diy, but you can find videos snd other help by searching online. This is the reason for 4 rating rather than a 5. Self installation was a little challenging but doable with patience. Bending the copper pipes without kinking was tricky. My heat pump ran all summer and part of the winter and is working great! It is very quiet. I’ve had to contact tech support several times regarding accessories and have found them very friendly and very helpful. I recommend buying directly from senville rather than through Amazon as it seems to simplify any purchase issues. I will be buying a second unit from them this year.

I bought a Seville 21000 BTU mini split for my cabin. I’m very impressed with the product and how it works. I had some problems with the installation but was assisted very quickly. The internet based product works very good.

I purchased 4 multi head systems, 1 for my home 3 for clients. At first these were ok, but after a year or so, every single unit started having issues. I reached out to tech support so sooooo many times. Open a ticket, then close the ticket, start the process over, then close it again without resolution. Please don't waste your time. You don't save in the long run. I've since ripped all units out and replaced with LG and fujitsu.

I was hesitant to order a mini split online, but came across a great deal on an open box 24000btu LETO Single zone unit.The unit came in 3 boxes within promised time and in good condition. Installation (Apr 2023) took the better part of a day and the unit seems to work very well. Both the heat and cooling output seems adequate covering my 1300sf upper floor in the South Coast of BC. Both the indoor and outdoor units run quietly.Customer service is quick to reply when contacted for inquiry and warranty registration.I'm looking to add a 2-zone to my lower floor in the near future and will very likely purchase from Senville again.

Just installed my new 12kbtu heat pump, it works flawlessly and has so many features . I installed the unit for less than 2000 dollars which is less than half of the cheapest quote I got . Another great thing is when you call senville, a knowledgeable person answers the phone . Great company , highly recommended .

summer 2022, we bought the 48000btu 4x 12000 head, i was not expecting this big skid, the main unit 48000btu take half the skid. (do not use wall mount brackets for this unit because the unit is way to heavy for that wall mount bracket, get a floor mount table, now i am waiting so they get some back in stock) amazing service, very fast delivery, but i will not know if it work good, until next season because we will be not home for this season and no one is available to install it now , i will update when is running!!!!June 30 2023 finally all installed and I was very impressed very quite, but don't think anyone could install this unit by your self, it took me 3 full days to install everything and 1 more day with my friend (HVAC) to do all the connection, vacuum, pressurized , and all the testing, yes anyone could do most of the install but be sure you have an HVAC who will do the final testing, (most HVAC WILL NOT want to connect someone else unit) but still very impressed I love my machine thanks SENVILLE

Good mini split product. Bought the 30HF/D. Very quiet (both indoor and outdoor) and efficient which saves electricity bill overtime!One improvement needed is the Alexa remote control capability. Through Alexa, can only perform basic controls like on/off, temp and fan settings. I would give 5 stars if Alexa control expands to the other 10+ functions that local remote controller can do (ECO, humidity, SET, timer, etc).Overall, it’s a product that performs well.

Perfect for heat and cooling of our small Calgary office. Installed myself and required no pumps or technicians. Power was already available from a previous installation. Unit has worked flawlessly 3 years, very quiet inside and outside. Highly recommended.
