Companies looking for final mile support—PLEASE AVOID!! The absolute WORST. They've managed to lose my package on 3 separate occasions. Twice their tracking just said Item has not been received

After attempting to deliver my package 3 times (with zero calls to the phone number clearly on the package) a customer device rep agreed to have my package sent to a local depot for me to pick up. That was a lie. The next day, the updated tracking online said the package had been returned to shipper. I submitted 3 requests for an update over 3 days, and finally received an email statement my package was on its way back to shipper.What a joke and horrible service.

I live in a condo and my package was just left outside the front door where anyone from the street could have stolen it. Luckily I worked from home that day and was constantly checking outside. If I would not be home, my package would have been stolen.Response to the TForce: I will not be sharing my package tracking information online. If you really want to look into the matter, please provide an e-mail address and a person's name to whom I can address the e-mail.

This is the worst delivery company! When they left my package in the foyer of the apartment building I live in, which I never asked them to leave it. The guy took a pic of it but never sent it to me by phone or email, seems like he just kept it to himself until I inquired about my package! I was home all day that day and never received anything from this company that my package had arrived! This company doesn't care about you or your stuff! This package contains a rare action figure that I can never get back! I will be writing a letter to mattel asking them to please drop them as a delivery company as this reflects badly on them as well! If I could give negative stars I would! Worst company ever! I will aslo be writing a letter to the BBB as well!

Awful experience. Did not even try to deliver my package and just returned it to sender without any explanation. No delivery attempt. No notice. Do not use this company. The 1 star reviews speak for themselves.

Can you guy's just close down? Lost my package and claims they never received it yet. My package got delivered to some random person and another address. Absolute incompetent shipping service.

One of the worst delivery companies I have ever seen. They had no communication with customers whatsoever and did not even show up after they were unable to deliver my package the first time despite having it marked as attempting to deliver the next day. I've had this sort of thing happen four times with this company, so it's clearly not a fluke. Just atrocious work altogether.

They do not care. They do not reply to inquiries. They don’t update you when your order is 2 weeks late. At least fedex replies to inquiries within a day.Still havent recieved my package and no updates. It literally says out for delievery December 21st =), 5 days ago.For anyone that read these reviews. I gave the owner 3 days to reply with my tracking number and behold no reply lmao. Customer service finally got back to me Sorry for the delay"

I reached out to tforce after my package was shown as delivered, but wasn’t in my building. I had them send me a photo to show proof of delivery. The photo they sent me wasnt my mail room. After sending them back photos of my a tual mail room their customer service rep basically told me to “f” off and according to their “internal investigation”, the package was delivered to the correct address (which by comparing the 2 photos anyone would know it was delivered to the wrong address )Avoid at all costs.Pathetic company

Update: I FINALLY received my package. After 33 days from the time I ordered online from a domestic website. Almost 3 weeks after the expected delivery date. They threw my package over the fence. I'm glad my package was only clothing so there wasn't anything fragile, but what a dumpster fire of a company.Gonna summarise my last 3 edits because I just don't know what to say any longer. Not only are their comments unhelpful, but customer service has zero idea of what's going on.Absolutely abysmal company, I hope so badly that they go out of business one day. I seriously don't understand why reputable retailers would hire them. I will make sure to never order anything from any company that uses Tforce for delivery. I would give minus 5 stars if I could.Package has still not been delivered and I ordered my stuff exactly 1 month ago. Adidas sent it out promptly only for it to be stuck in Tforce's warehouse for nearly a month now, and this warehouse is 30 minutes away from my house. It's also been out for delivery" for the last 2 weeks. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?!"
