Pace yourself wellness has been an awesome facility to be welcomed into. With the help of all the specialist. I truly feel great. I was having spine and inflammatory pain due to work related injuries. After seeing a few of the specialist. I have more mobility in certain areas of my body and less pain. I'm thankful for this place.

Melissa is awesome, she sorted my calf strain out by taking the time to understand exactly where the issue was and focusing on that area. As a result of just one session, my calf is almost 100% again. Highly recommend.

Melissa's needling work is comparable to voodoo magic or something. If you abuse you're body and need a muscle reset I suggest giving her a visit. Works wonders!

I just brought another person in for an appointment, but the staff was super friendly, the location was clean and appears to be well equipped with training and physio equipment. And they have no problem staying open a bit later to accomodate their clients.

I go there twice a week for my Physio and the staff there absolutely amazing I look forward to my visits every week going to be sad when it's all done I might just have to pop in now and then afterwards and just for the fun of it

The RMT is great. The owner running the business was very unorganized. Made empty promises regarding ICBC. Etc. I do not recommend.
