My close friend brought me here to do my taxes and I had an absolutely amazing experience. I hadn’t done my taxes in 4 years (16 different T4’s) and the gentleman that helped me was so knowledgeable and efficient that he completed it AND gave me an INSTANT refund the same day. Usually, it would take a few days to process this amount of information but the gentleman knew my urgency to get this done as I was coming in from out of town. I highly recommend this Liberty Tax and I know I will definitely travel the distance to do my taxes here yearly. Thanks again!

I would definitely recommend Liberty Tax to anyone. This was my first time with Liberty Tax, and Mani was amazing. He explained the process to me, he was responsive to my emails (even when the tax deadline was approaching), treated me with kindness and respect, and didn't overcharge me like his competitors do. Most importantly, he was able to get me a refund this year, when I've had to pay in my last three previous tax years. I am definitely coming back next year, and you should too. I was looking for tax advice, not specifically related to tax filings for this year. When I’d called in to enquire, I told them briefly about my situation and what I was looking for and was asked to book an appointment for later that day. When I asked about what their charges were for tax advice, I was told they don’t charge for tax advice that lasts about 15-20 minutes (which is what he assumed my case was going to be).On reaching there, I was treated like a complete waste of time, most of my questions weren’t answered in detail, I was told that I chose the wrong time of the year to seek tax advice for a future situation and that I should come back a month later cause they’re busy. On questioning why I was asked to book an appointment (and come in person) in the first place if that was the case, Mr. Mani asked me if I expected him to pay my Uber ride back.Extremely disappointing. I would never ask for free advice, I was willing to pay and I’m respectful of the profession. But telling me you don’t charge and then treating me the way you did was very strange and disrespectful.

I just moved to Milton from Kitchener and didn't have anyone to do my taxes. I had done them before at liberty tax in Kitchener. The gentlemen that had done my taxes was smart, intelligent, knowledgeable, efficient, and resourceful. I came at him with about 4 different t4's, a T22 from my school, and a few other tax papers, and he knew exactly what to do and how to do it. He triple checked all his work by the end to insure for my benefit everything way up to par. I'm blown away at the care and integrity he took in his work. Not to mention, he charged me a phenomenal price for what I needed him to do, and gave me an INSTANT cheque. I had my tax return within 5 minutes of leaving there. Two years prior to going here, I was charged $300 and some odd dollars for the same service. Incredible job, can't wait to bring my friends and family here!
