Friendly staff and pet friendly. We reserved our tickets online and arrived one hour early. Allowing us to walk the dog prior to boarding. Plenty of seating if you don't have a dog. If you do have a dog. Seating is rather limited inside (only 8 seats).

Surprise and delight! Free entertainment from the local indigenous theatre troop. Boat is clean and beautiful with the murals painting it’s hull.

Easy process. Cool thing is you can show up early, park your car in line and grab some tasty breakfast at Leeside. Ship has plenty of seats on multiple levels and all around outside views as well. Full cafeteria available, along with beer for purchase. Would recommend and repeat

The 1st time we traveled on the ferry was June 29th 2019 and it was a wonderful experience. Everything was clean, everyone was friendly and the restaurant was fantastic! We had such a great trip to tobermory. On our way home in July 7th 2019 the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. That's the only complaint we had. Food and service again were great. All in all it was a lovely experience and I can't wait to travel with them again!!

All aboard the Chi-cheemaun!Only complaint is why do they let the slow assed RVs leave the boat first so everyone is then backed up along the highway trying to pass them? Makes no sense at all.
