BELFOR Property Restoration

Our entire basement was flooded in January due to a city water main break. After the November 2021 flooding, I think demand for these types of services was higher than ever and our initial contractor was struggling to keep the restoration on track. Eventually, we switched to BELFOR and thank goodness we did. From the very beginning, their service was professional, transparent and highly responsive. Our basement is looking better than ever, and they met the timelines (almost to the day!) they set out for us from the start. I had a consistent contact throughout, who was incredibly friendly and always responded to any queries I had immediately (thanks Sarah!). I'm highly impressed with the quality and service levels provided. Absolutely recommend. Thanks to all.

After a burst water tank, my insurance company recommended Belfor to do the remediation. I found Belfor did a fantastic job.There were many subcontractors (plumbers, drywall, carpet, molding/trim) involved and each one of them worked professionally with meticulous results.In this time of Covid, and heavy construction in Victoria, I was surprised Belfor found all of these great people. They were all cognizant of the mask mandate.I could not have asked for better. I would highly recommend Belfor for any remediation or home renovations.Thank you to anyone involved in this project!

We had to complete some repairs after a water issue in our building. After numerous issues with the original restoration company, we contacted Belfor to assist with the completion of this project. They were amazing. Quick, professional, pleasant and all around a very positive experience. We highly recommend this company. Recently had water damage overnight in the lower level of my home. Dealt with Paul on the premises and Adam over the phone in follow up. Professional, very quick to respond, patient and knowledgeable team from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

Following a flood in my condo Belfor came to the rescue and I couldn't be happier. Following a burst water pipe, my insurance company engaged the services of BELFOR to repair the damage to my carpet and drywall. They did an excellent job in putting everything back to normal. That was terrific. The people I dealt with were also pleasant and proficient in what they did. I will certainly use BELFOR again, although I don't need another broken water pipe!

Early January we had a water leak coming through our roof, inside our kitchen wall. Adam the project manager returned my call within the hour, was involved in all aspects of the job through to completion. Sandy in the office was wonderful to deal with!! She would get back to us right away when we had questions or concerns. Bobby the technician was very polite and thorough. He knew exactly what he was talking about.Overall, I have nothing but great things to say about Belfor Restoration!! I highly recommend a professional outfit like this one if you have an emergency!! Belfor has been absolutely amazing to work with! We recently needed to deal with two insurance claims at my mother's house, both while she herself was in hospital, and Adam and Sandy couldn't have been more responsive, helpful, diligent and terrific. Their crews were friendly, always on time, communicated well about the work being done, and sought input where appropriate. Just great! We also really appreciated the quality of the sub-contractors they used: Hourigan's Flooring from Victoria and Good Neighbours Fencing from Sooke were both wonderful. Thanks to all of you, from me and from Mom, who is home now and just thrilled with the results of your work.

Belfor Victoria did amazing work. The staff were knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. I was kept fully informed by the project manager, Adam on where my claim was, what was happening behind the scenes and how long it would take to complete. From the dehumidifier installation and removal to the flooring removal and reinstall with my furniture being moved around ( thank you ladies) it was a job well done.

Very pleased with Belfor. Project management for removing flooring and reinstalling hardwood and linoleum was top rate. Total job took almost three weeks but this was as planned and to the day previously scheduled.All staff were very professional and competent, with special kudos to Linda and Teeny who packed our furniture and cupboards,managed the furniture removal, replacement and cleanup ever so efficiently and cheerfully. They are a great asset to Belfor.
