My wife and I are a pain when it comes to picking the right property. Bijan truly cared about us and showed a great amount of patience. We were initially approved for 1.5mil and shopped for good looking houses in 2018. He spent many months finding the perfect home, then we placed an offer and the bank changed the approved amount to 600k! We were not happy as our expectation was set high and Bijan had to find something for that price that looked in the1.5mil category. He performed a miracle and found a massive house that wasn't advertised properly on ReMax. He managed to find pictures of the inside of the house eventhough the tenants were not allowing showings. We placed an offer without viewing, since tenants were not allowing viewings subject to viewing, inspection, and finance. He negotiated the price even lower and got us the place.With all the properties that we looked at, Bijan went to city and asked the right questions. Looked into possible future developments and the history of the property for any possible oil tanks. The experience we've had with him was so unique that we made him our primary realtor. We've dealt with many before (including family and friends) and he is our number one.Do you want someone that negotiates and fights for you?
